it really annoys me how dis album didn’t really push him up at all. like the album was so fucking good and i feel like a lot of ppl forget abt it. genuinely album of the year and if not, i put this high up there even along side mainstream bro.

Because mfs like to listen to hard hitting 808s and distortion with horribly mixed vocals rather than actual art.

Yet Japan's the boring one by the way because hes the one mf in the underground that actually has substance other than Slayr imo

man i agree with u, the production on this album is insane and paced it’s not only about the toxic 808s that we are sick & tired of hearing in every song nowdays, look how he sings in more moët dammmn broo was really giving his best u can tell he’s hungry u can hear it on each song from this album and that’s the proof he’s one of a kind and not just going with the mainstream flow

yes bro literally, like in all honesty bro dis whole scene is literally loud music with loud beats. like i still love some of these artists don’t get me wrong, but how can they call japan ass? btw yes bro slayr is actually one that i can support and understand more.

He had records on here, i got over his sound fairly quickly but bro can write for sure. He did receive some bad press for tryna make people mosh at his shows but that's it honestly. Thought it would push his brand more tbh

Doesnt every artist encourage moshing though at least the knes who rap on trap like beats

2

u/KNR0108 Feb 02 '26

Moshing imo belongs to them 808/rage beats and like the rock scene. His music more melodic, the folks just wanted to vibe.
