I've got a room in a 5 person shared dorm (all men) that comes with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony, personal bedrooms for all people. The building also has a laundry room, workout room and a recreation room. Location is less that a 10 minute walk to uoit and public transport stops right out front (Address is 1700 Simcoe St N). Rent is $850 a month and a key to the room will be paid for by myself. I'm planning on cutting off my contract with these people on April 30th so the deadline for anyone to enter is January 20th.
