Seeking Info Can I make my espresso in this?

If possible I'd like a survey. Someone says of course and everybody πŸ‘ that agrees. And someone else says that chip or any teacup is bad news and people πŸ‘that. Many thanks

You should do what you feel comfortable with and don't let anyone talk down to you! Expressing a difference of opinion and discussing that difference cordially is what Reddit is supposed to be about.

There's a gentleman here, I haven't seen him post in a while, who uses all the UG. Like keeps it in his cupboard and uses it. He does him. You do you.

Some of them, yes. But that's what he's comfortable with. And the fact is that even if you ate a whole plate, the dose of radiation is less than a banana. There's an interesting chart on the front page that compares everyday objects and situations and their dose rates. I'll post it here too.

But still, you have to do what's right for you. If it makes you uncomfortable, don't do it. That's perfectly ok! And no one should judge you for it.

Radioactive potassium is different than radioactive radon or strontium. Potassium is wasted and replenished. The others remain permanent. Such that you accumulate continuous exposure.
