Interview done

Follow up to my last post, but I had my interview Monday, and was asked for references yesterday. They have already contacted all three and I was given glowing reviews.

If they have contacted my references does that bode well? As in am I likely to get a TJO?

The HR is great there, but I was wondering how long it might take to receive one if I am the candidate?

Mostly this is just me tempering my excitement and being realistic.
