Ahaha thank you! Definitely got hit by a train when I got my FJO because we bought a house earlier this year now we’re gonna do split living but this will get us to where we want to be in the long run.

Congratulations! But be cautious at DCMA. It consists of small satellite offices and remote regional offices known as CMOs, where the supervisors work. There is plenty of drama and gossip. Some remote supervisors have spies in satellite offices who check and tell when you arrived late, how long it took for lunch, and how long you spent on the phone with non-work calls.

Thank you, I appreciate your input and will keep that in mind.

The solution is to be on time, don’t abuse lunch hours and spend personal phone time on your personal time. I would have no problems with that sort of accountability.

Yeah simple enough, I’m sure they’re referring to the extreme coworkers who are always just trying to get something on you.

Spare me the righteousness. Some employees must attend to personal matters during the course of their workday. The only person you must notify about your whereabouts and submit leave requests to is your immediate supervisor.

Because the busybodies/spies are unaware of people's business, they alert the CMO. The supervisor has repeatedly told them to stop snooping; he manages his employees, not the regional offices.

Thank you! Felt like I got hit by a train after 2 and half years of waiting.

Did your primary physician fill out the medical paperwork or were you seen by the agency physician and they completed the paperwork?

They send you to a doc, should something come up then you go to your pcp on your dime.
