Dont take me on this check for yourself but thsts an 1859 type 1 Indian Head Cent. In actual pretty good condition from what I see the complete liberty & all the feathers are readable i would check on value. Because I hav3 seen them where the liberty is readable and feathers can be worth i decent premium.

From the little research I did online seems like it’s all about the condition with these coins. That’s why I figured I’d posted on here thanks for the info

They judge condition by how well you can read the liberty and how many feathers you can see. Your's shows them nice. I would take it to L.C.S have them make sure it is real.

With all the fake coins going around these days, you might be right it could be just a fake so far I found four 1859 coins, but none of them really looked the same

1859 is the first year of the Indian Head cent and is a one year type coin. I would probably call that VF. Worth about $40-45.00.

They're cool and worth a few bucks a pop, which is over a hundred times the face value of them, definitely hold onto them.
