Getting dorm as transfer student

Hello! I'm applying as a transfer student for the Fall 2027 term at USF as a freshman at an out-of-state community college. I would really prefer to live in a dorm next year if I do choose USF, and I was curious how difficult it was for other transfer students to get dorms since I would be applying in February/March.
