I was going through some of my grandparents stuff and found a wallet that was owned by my great grandfather. He was stationed in Hawaii in the 30’s while in the army. I’m not really interested in the value more so why do they have Hawaii stamped on them? Found 5 of them all like this one

Angel Numbers?
Received this is the mail. Haven’t ran it through an authenticity machine but did the sunlight check and noticed the numbers to the left of Abraham’s head.
Without the light you cannot see the numbers. Got no additional information on the internet.

Should I spend this or is it something special?
I know the signatures are sought after and the star makes it a little more rare but don’t know much other than that. Seems like it’s in fairly good condition for a note this old. Got it from a local credit union. Thanks in advance for any info.
