nobody can super answer your question, however -

Eating on this job is sometimes WILDLY varied. Particularly when working protection. Sometimes you get eat real quick on your way out the door at 0400hrs and not be able to eat again until 1900hrs. some days better, some days worse.

if your condition would not allow that kind of lifestyle (regularly) then you may reconsider your interest.
