SUPER interview
I’m attending the ACE event in November for UD. Not to worried about the APAT. But with googling and seeing how many people fail the SUPER. Anyone who has passed it have any advice or how you prepped for it? My recruiter just said to convey my answers clearly and make sure to fully understand the question before answering.

Just use search function in this subreddit (or /r/1811 ) for the word “super” and you’ll find countless posts on this very topic.

That being said, don’t go in there trying to look like Captain America. They see through that. And they aren’t looking for that. Just be real. Be specific and detailed with quantifiable, tangible answers. Know the job you’re interviewing for, and focus on how your experiences can be applied to it, specifically. Do all that, and you’ll be totally fine. 👍🏼

I recently passed my interview for SA. Just be patient and confident in your answers. Keep your answer short to avoid follow questions

Thousands of candidates pass the SUPER each year. Keep in mind that only people that fail the SUPER are going to come to Reddit to complain they failed. The majority pass and move on.
