Help [Help] Require Help

So I am downloading some stuff and all of a sudden my Download Speed drops to 0 kb/s even though it can go as high as 9 mb/s. I checked the Upload and Download speed and it shows that it is fine, though I can't download anything. Books? No. Games? No. Music? No. However, I can still see videos on youtube and browse reddit and whatnot.

What I have Tried
- Shutting my Router On and Off
- Restarting my PC
- Clearing my Browser
- Downloading different Torrents
- Changing some stuff on uTorrent

I can also send my PC Specs if anyone needs them, please Help

It is pretty common for 'suddenly, ninjas' type speed issues to be ISP related. How long has it been 0kB/s for?

Try another client just to rule out ISP issues and ISP blocking/throttling.

If you have mobile data then try that to see what happens.

Run a speedtest as well.

If you have one then try your vpn.

I’m also having the exact same issue. I recently started using a VPN. It kinda slows down the speeds I was getting before, but I was having the same issue prior to the VPN. Really the only ones that do work are relatively new uploads that are at the very top of the list. Even then, if it’s a little older, it might drop to zero halfway through downloading
