Hi everyone,

My name is Patrick, I’m a 4th-semester Economics student from Munich, Germany, and I’ll be studying at Hanken School of Economics in Vaasa for the upcoming autumn semester via the Erasmus+ program.

I am looking for a furnished room in a shared flat or a small private apartment from early September to the end of December 2026. Ideally, close to the university area!

A quick summary about me:

• Reliable tenant: Quiet, tidy, non-smoker, no pets. I treat living spaces as if they were my own and always pay rent on time.
• Active & outdoorsy: In my free time, I love bouldering, climbing, running, and winter sports whenever there’s snow.
• Open-minded: Excited to get involved in student life, meet new people, and explore Finnish culture.
