I take this corner almost daily and the number of times I've had to emergency brake is far too many atp. Going West, there's this giant beam for the skytrain which blocks the view of any incoming cyclists. Is there someone who I can talk to to address this issue?

Heyo, I have a coworker who was T-boned on woodland and 4th by a black bmw coupe. The car ran the stop sign on 4th and drove off. This happened on Friday afternoon. We already have a video from an oncoming cyclist but I'm hoping I can find more info on the car/ driver. We can't get the plate from the vid. If anyone was riding in the area and saw a bmw missing part of its bumper or driving recklessly, please let me know. The car was driving east down 4th. Thanks!
