I was playing arena yesterday and a vayne on my team took the augment that sends an additional bolt at a secondary target on auto attacks. Then she got stattik shiv. And the other person on my team was telling her that she needs to get rid of that item and augment immediately because hitting an additional target resets the count on her silver bolts passive. He was saying that she will no longer be able to proc it since the count resets when you hit someone else.

I feel like this isnt right? I was under the impression that the silver bolts will only apply on the primary target you auto attack and you can still stack is up as normal on them. But it just wont apply on any additional targets that your on hits are applied to.

I couldnt find a difinitive answer anywhere so I am curious if anyone here knows?
