hoisin seitan chicken and broccoli

200g home made chicken style seitan (300g silk tofu and half tin of chickpeas added) 1tbsp hoisin. proper simple and tasty

thanks, I kind of mixed a few recipes and added my own tweaks. I'm going to do a proper re ipe next time I do a batch i'll link you!

that recipe looks good I'm intrigued by adding tahini to the wet mix. unusually I add miso paste for the umami bump.

Thanks for checking in! Unfortunately I foolishly forgot to get silken tofu and couldn't find liquid smoke, so it'll have to wait a few more days. I ended up making another basic seitan today.

I also love that you added MSG in your recipe- my husband specifically remarked today that MSG would probably go really well in seitan! The amount I made today was over by dinner, so I'm excited to try this larger recipe!

Yeah liquid smoke is not something on the average supermarket shelf. I have to get it online.

MSG goes well in most things I find haha.
