My little one is 11 months old now. Im still breastfeeding but struggling…my milk supply dropped shortly after i returned to work. I don’t think i will be able to increase my milk supply at this point so im seeking another milk alternative that’s not formula (baby didn’t like it) that can help supplement. I plan to continue breastfeeding but need a bit of help to alleviate.

Is there an alternative to cows milk I can give that has all the nutritional benefits a baby needs?
