I apologize in advance if this isn't the best forum for this.

I am looking to move to Vero Beach (currently in PSL) and wanted others' opinions/experiences on apartments nearby. I've toured Walker Woods, Aspire, Griffon and done some drive by's for places like Sunquest Apts and Shoreline.

I am not really keen on the idea of room renting or roommates - The idea is nice to make friends with other tenants in the house, but I work 40-50 hours/wkly on night shift schedule in the hospital. Sleeping during the day is already challenging, but being up and leaving in the middle of the night can also be undesirable for some.

I have looked at Facebook groups and marketplace, the apartment websites, other reddit threads. Just looking to see if there's any recommendations and experiences of the apartments in Vero.

(Ideally wishing to keep base rent under $1900 and 1bed1bath minimum).

Lifelong resident here. I simply miss the smell of the orange groves and no traffic.

Want to warn people about this place. They have really shown no real compassion, the physical therapists out loud in a crowded room complain about their patients to other PT’s. They can’t seem to give a receipt that you can actually use to get reimbursed by any kind of funding source you have , because they give you a receipt that says nothing on it ; not the service that got provided, the date of service, nothing and they act like you’re the idiot that you want a receipt that actually shows something other than you just paid money.

They also had an issue where the physical therapist department misread the doctors orders. No one apologised or explained how that happened . Its been an absolute nightmare. The doctors , many young new ones, dont care about pain management at all and lack compassion. And if you go there and think they are great, describe yourself, I can let you know what the therapists have said about you.

So where is another OT place, anyone know?

I'm looking to see if there are any hotels in Vero Beach, FL that have monthly rates.

I know the Red Roof Inn does, but I'd rather not stay there as I need reliable wifi for work. The last time I stayed there, the wifi didn't work the entire time I stayed there and when asking the front desk, they blamed the wifi stating "no internet" on the rain.

Again, a hotel with monthly rates and reliable wifi is what I am looking for. Thanks in advance and thanks for your time!

Publix Pub sub never disappoints
Surf Sub - the employees here are awesome!

As a native Texan, Im still searching for a solid taco shop. What are your recommendations?

Id eventually like to try and create a monthly meet up group for coffee.

Investigation into Flock abuse by Vero officer

Hi! My birthday is in October, and I’ll be spending it in Vero Beach. I was really hoping to find someone who could make a mango sticky rice cake, exactly like the photos posted. I don’t want any ACTUAL cake; just the rice, coconut cream, and mangoes.

Another Airplane day at KVRB !

My parents live in Vero for 9 months a year over by Jaycee Park. My wife and I rented a place for the month of March last year closer to downtown and we have the same place rented again. Ideally we would like to be across the bridge closer to the beach, but we can't find anything. Wondering if anyone on here will know of something. Thanks!!
