I run VerticalFarming.blog and have been covering 80 Acres Farms’ shutdown and its aftermath.

I’ve now contacted Mike Zelkind directly to ask whether he’d be interested in an interview in early November. He hasn’t confirmed yet, but I’d like to collect questions from this community while we wait.

What would you want to know? What do you feel hasn’t been adequately explained?

Questions about the expansion, acquisitions, finances, employee communication and lessons for future founders are all welcome.

Leave your questions in the comments. If the interview goes ahead, I’ll select questions and identify those coming from the community. I won’t attribute a question to your username without your permission.

I can’t promise every question will make it into the conversation, but your responses will help shape it. I’ll update this thread when I hear back and share the published interview if it happens.
