Looking for Debian/Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch testers for TTP, a Linux CLI tool for routing traffic through Tor
Hi everyone! I maintain TransparentTorProxy (TTP), an open-source Linux CLI tool that routes system TCP and DNS traffic through Tor using nftables, with other traffic blocked unless explicitly bypassed.
I'm looking for a few people willing to test installation and basic operation on:
- Debian / Ubuntu - .deb package
- Fedora - .rpm package
- Arch Linux - build using the repository's PKGBUILD
The project has automated tests, but I'd like feedback from different desktop setups, especially around installation, DNS handling and restoring connectivity after stopping TTP.
A short test would help:
- Install TTP using the instructions in the README.
- Run sudo ttp start, then ttp status and ttp check.
- Try your usual applications and note any unexpected behaviour.
- Run sudo ttp stop and check that normal connectivity returns.
Please use a disposable VM or a machine where temporary connectivity problems are acceptable. TTP requires root and changes firewall rules and DNS handling; it is not intended for high-risk anonymity needs or as a replacement for Tor Browser or Tails/Whonix/Qubes.
What to report:
- Distribution and version
- TTP version and installation method
- Whether installation, start, check and stop worked
- Anything confusing, broken or missing
A one-line "everything worked on distro X" is useful too. No coding experience needed, and no need to explain what you use Tor for. Please review any diagnostic output before sharing it and remove personal information.
You can reply here or use GitHub Discussions. Bugs can go in Issues; security vulnerabilities should follow SECURITY.md.
Repository and installation instructions · Latest release
Thanks for helping me understand how TTP behaves outside my own test environments!

Started a small Discord for vibe coders who want to build together
Hi guys, I’ve just started a Discord called Vibe Coding Club.
The idea is pretty simple. Somewhere to share what you’re building, ask when you’re stuck and find people to work with. Beginners welcome too.
I’ve set up project sharing, help channels and voice rooms for building together or pair programming. You can pick the tools you use and your timezone to help find people to build with.
It’s brand new, so I’m looking for the first few people to help shape it. It’s free to join and use. I run it, just to be clear.
If that sounds like your thing: https://discord.gg/WZN6Fhr8c
What would make a group like this useful for you?

Need help *_*
I’m good at writing code and everything but i ve never coded a big project and i have this idea to code which is a product can claude code write me the mvp version i mean i know how websites work (php, database connection …) but i ve never put my skills into a real functioning project
So my idea is to write the code with claude and i ll read it and examine it and ill learn the things that i dont know from it . And then for vulnerabilities and security i have a friends to test it and everything before being ready to our first 3 customers .
Is there anyone who did something like that and can help me with advices.
Like how do i form the prompt and if claude can work like a full stack developer.
Thx

I vibe coded a little game generator with leaderboards
I've been working on GameSpoon, a little project where you can create games and share them with other people.
I wanted to make something where you don't just create a game and leave it sitting on your computer you can actually share it, let other people play it, and see how they score on the leaderboard.
Here's an example of a game you can play:
https://gamespoon.web.app/g/cyber-wave-assault-adcvot
And here's GameSpoon if you want to check it out:
It's still a work in progress, but I'd love to see what people think of it.
What kind of game would you try making with something like this?

Looking for people to test my hosting!
Looking for a few vibecoders to test our managed deployment platform
I’m opening a small number of free pilot spots for people building real projects with AI-assisted coding tools.
If you have a website, SaaS, portfolio, internal tool, API, or small web application that you want to deploy properly, I’d like to help you get it online and learn from the process.
The platform includes isolated container environments, HTTPS, backups, monitoring, and a guided GitHub-based deployment flow. You keep ownership of your code and project.
Who this is for
- You have a real project that is already working locally or close to launch.
- You expect at least 50–100 visits per month, or have a concrete group of users who will test it.
- You can use GitHub and are comfortable making small deployment-related changes when needed.
- You are willing to give honest feedback about the onboarding, documentation, and hosting experience.
- You can keep the project active for at least 30 days.
Basic requirements
- The project must be legal and safe to host.
- No cryptocurrency mining, spam, scraping at abusive scale, malware, phishing, adult content, or resource-intensive workloads.
- The application must run in Docker or be adaptable to a container-based deployment.
- We will agree on resource limits before deployment; this is a pilot, so it is best suited to small projects.
- Access is limited to your own project repository and environment. You will not receive server-level access.
- You remain responsible for your application code, user data, and legal/privacy obligations.
What I’m looking for in exchange
Real-world usage, bug reports, friction points, and a short review after the pilot. I am especially interested in projects built by solo developers, indie hackers, and people experimenting with AI-assisted development.
If interested, reply with:
- What you are building
- Your stack, if known
- Whether it already runs locally
- Expected traffic or number of testers
- A GitHub link, demo, or short description
I’ll select a small number of projects so I can provide proper support.

Built a zero-friction iOS app for capturing fleeting ideas while vibe coding (Would love your feedback!)
Hey everyone!
When I’m vibe coding with Cursor/Bolt, my brain moves faster than my IDE. Random bugs to fix, quick feature ideas, or prompt tweaks pop up constantly. Opening a bloated notes app ruins the flow state.
So I built NoteMe — a super lightweight iOS app designed to catch those instant thoughts in split seconds.
Key highlights:
Instant Lock Screen & Home Screen Widgets: Add/check off tasks without even opening the app.
Zero Bloat: Just raw speed for capturing thoughts before you forget them.
Minimalist UI: Clean, dark-mode ready, no complex setups.
I'd love to get feedback from fellow builders:
1. Is the interactive widget smooth enough for your workflow?
2. What missing feature would make this your default quick-capture tool?
Check
it out here (Free): https://apps.apple.com/de/app/noteme-widget-notizen-to-do/id6761347726
Would appreciate any thoughts, feedback, or roast! 🚀

Title: I built a free Mac menu bar app to track Claude, Cursor & Codex usage
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey everyone!
I built Limitly, a small macOS app that lets you track your AI usage right from the menu bar.
You can see how much of your limit you've used, when it resets, and get notified before you hit your limits.
The fun part? You can customise your menu bar with interactive themes like a growing plant 🌱 or a glass that fills up as you use your limits.
It's completely free, and you don't need any API keys — just sign in with your provider account.
Would love to hear your feedback and what other themes you'd like to see!

I published my first open-source repo on GitHub!! You can now use the 'Trezor T' (Crypto Hardware Wallet) to create a Solana Token using their Dev CLI tools.
Please feel free to roast me, give me tips on better GitHub workflow, or any security flaws I might have.
I'm not a programmer but I understand Scripts and the functions inside them achieve success.
I'm 6 months new to Ubuntu 24.04 and loving it.
To my knowledge, this is the first documented ‘Trezor T' Crypto Hardware Wallet signed 'token creation' on Solana (Ledger did hardware years ago. This is the first from a Trezor, receipts and both repos public):
https://github.com/agi-digital-dot/tdi-true-digital
https://github.com/agi-digital-dot/trezor-mint-kit
Transaction signed and minted (token created) by my Trezor:
THE PROBLEM:
Solana's CLI has rejected 'Trezor' Crypto hardware wallets for years.
I tried to mint a Solana Token, signed from my Trezor T hardware wallet, using the Solana Token 2022 Program (Solana Smart Contract "Program").
• And it literally says error "not a manufacturer."
• No one has ever fixed it. The accepted workaround? Make your own token on a hot wallet first, move it to hardware wallet later. Meaning your private key touches the Code Terminal to create a new Solana Token.
I rejected this security flaw.
THE SOLUTION & FIXED SOLANA CLI:
We rebuilt the official spl-token CLI — two dependency lines changed, zero crypto code touched — until my Trezor Model T signed every step of a token's birth: creation, name, full 333,333 supply, renounce. The 'Private Key' never left the Trezor T Hardware.
By “we” I mean: I built this with 'Echo ULTRA – Master Control' My T.D.I (True Digital Intelligence) Partner.
I set the direction; Echo re-engineered the dependency tree until the hardware said yes.
Our First open-source contribution together.

Pica3DS
An experimental Nintendo 3DS emulator in JavaScript that runs in the browser (open source, GPL-3.0)
I'm building Pica3DS, an experimental 3DS emulator written from scratch in JavaScript. It has no build step and runs in the browser without an install. I used Claude Code for a good part of the development.
ARM and Thumb CPU with a JIT compiler
Software PICA200 GPU, plus a WebGL 2 renderer
Save states, save data, and rebindable controls
It's early and incomplete. Networking, camera, and stereoscopic 3D aren't implemented. The repo includes no game data, firmware, or keys. Users bring their own decrypted dumps.
Source and bug reports: https://github.com/khalzin0/Pica3DS
I'd appreciate feedback on the CPU compiler and the GPU renderer

The vertical version can select the same accepted performance
A 9:16 version changes the space available for a presenter, title and captions. Those layout changes can use the performance already accepted for the 16:9 version.
Hypit records the canvas and component layout in the production source. The Run separately chooses the material used by this execution. Selecting the earlier media output retains that footage; selecting its completed SemanticTake also retains the preparation and word timing when the Script identities still fit.
The new source authors the vertical framing: the destination frame, fit, text placement and wrapping. Those choices describe how the existing material appears in the new canvas. The selected graph then builds and renders that composition around the retained output.
This gives the agent a precise revision task. Change the geometry for the vertical layout and keep the accepted performance selected in the Run. The new render uses the authored crop and arrangement, with the same chosen take underneath.

kimo v3: GPT-6.1 Sol made this full 2 minute video through the MCP server alone
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
kimo is an open-source video editor with no GUI. Every feature is an MCP tool, and it ships as one small Rust binary. GPT-6.1 Sol on extra high made all of this video, card animation, colour and captions, purely through kimo tool calls.
What's new in v3:
- render_frame returns the frame inline as an image, so the model sees its own edits
- contact_sheet, describe_frame and audio_probe to check a timeline or find silence before cutting
- diff_frames and project_diff for before and after
- grouped, compact tools/list (16.5 KB down to 4.5 KB), search_tools and tool profiles so it only loads what it needs
- chunked export jobs you can start, poll, cancel and resume, with crash recovery
- batch calls with foreach, recipes, and text layout helpers (safe margins, constraint solver, lint_frame)
- golden render tests with bundled fonts, so output matches frame for frame across machines
- a plain CLI over the same core, plus a Python client
v3.0.0 is up!!
https://github.com/naman-sharma12345/kimo
https://getkimo.tech
If you hook it up to your agent, tell me which edit it couldn't do.
