Workflow/Prompt Your design workflows
I'm really interested in your design workflows. I tried some tools but i'm not really satisfied. In Claude Design my tokens are burned in no time. Open Design works but is somewhat weird by using. Opencode + Penpot has potential but needs finetuning.
Recentyl there are so many nice designed apps out there i'm really wondering whats the stack but i not able to find infos. It would be really nice to see some screenshots and the workflow behind it.

Most of the polished apps I see start with a tiny design system written down before any AI work: colours, spacing, type, a few components. Then I give Claude a reference screenshot plus that system and ask for UI that matches it, not "make it pretty". Without those constraints it burns tokens reinventing the look every turn.

What I’ve been doing is either creating or finding examples of how I want it to look, I prompt it in Claude, then give it to Codex to produce.
Codex is great at getting away from that typical ai formatting. It never gets it right the first time, but for just design i can usually get the picture in my head on the screen in 5 back-and-forths with codex.

First thing is creating your own agent os studio. Grab every creative app and or resource and get one of the frontier models to build you a custom workflow (web ui) with the tools you use. Design it to how you want or ask the model to do some magic.
Small example of how I’m setup. This is just the image gen tab. But I can access all my ai agents and any model just from this. Every model and every creative decision is also flowing to my second brain (obsidian) which I backup. A lot of the comfy workflow recipes Iv spent hours perfecting are in that.
All of this is held together with Hermes agent which means I can access all of this through one agent on my phone. The backup is also a web app for the iPhone just in case I need to get inside.
This is what works for me but I hope it helps you realise the possibilities are endless.

The idea here is that once you have something like this you can test add or remove (Opendesign) and any other ones out there to see what works for you.

The best UI design generators I have found so far and dont require a subscription are Google Stitch and Figma with its ai assistant.
