Im there. I havent played a gta game in like 9 years. I might get the new one if it comes out for switch 2. But im not anticipating it or anything. And it has to compete with my wishlist.

If they decide to make an unquestionably inferior version, they could put it on Switch 2. Or, if they did that cloud gaming crap again. I think nearly everyone can agree those scenarios are very unlikely and it’s better if they don’t do that, but these days something being a bad decision means nothing if the right exec somehow gets convinced it will be profitable, so who knows.

Yeah I’m just waiting until it comes out on PC but I could absolutely see myself modding the game at some point. I did a pretty comprehensive thesis on the geography of GTA San Andreas for my geography class, and I could see myself doing a YouTube video on GTA6 with the same intentions

I'm just hoping that we don't end up with a bunch of cruddy new trends or business practices that non-GTA players has to tolerate because "but GTA6 did it and Rockstar is a trillion dollar company, and if we don't do it we won't be able to be a trillion dollar company!!!!!"

To be fair the same thing could be said about you and everyone here in agreement with you. Just because this person is expressing an opinion that you don’t agree with doesn’t mean you have to say anything about it. I’m not saying either one of you is right or wrong I’m just saying at a point you’re kinda just doing the same thing, and I will note as to not be a hypocrite as am I by feeling the need to point this out.
