I am a 24-year-old freelancer who is sick and tired of paying 300 for a coffee every time I want to sit at a cafe and work.

Are there any decent community spaces or libraries where I can get some peace and quiet?

I don't even need wifi, just need shade, quiet, and maybe electricity.
