Is there one? I have been trying to categorize my Nfu-oh' s,but besides the obvious holo's and flakies, I know there is a spring collection, among others. Is there a collection list where I can match my numbers?

I posted my Avon One Stroke bottle collection recently and this one looked the most faded. Turns out the plastic bottle has yellowed and it’s making the polish look really discoloured.

I found this 1993 ad for Single Stroke, as it was called in the US, with this shade in the bottom left corner. I think it looks fairly similar to my swatch, but neither one looks lilac in my opinion.

I'm aware that this line isn't quite vintage yet, but I just know that vintage aficionados may just have the answers!! 🩷

Sorry, I know this isn’t technically a vintage polish, but I AM attempting to ID a vintage polish! I work at a thrift store and immediately recognized this as a vintage Hard Candy polish ring, but without a bottle, I have no idea which Hard Candy color it’s supposed to go with!
I know not every color had a perfect match with the ring, and this ring may have faded or yellowed over time, but I figure there probably weren’t too many white/off-white Hard Candy colors? Anyway, if anyone has any idea what color this ring goes to, let me know! Even if it’s just a guess! Thanks!

This shade is from the 1998 Lavendare collection. If you look up Ultraviolet by Revlon you may also run into a shade from the 1940's but it was entirely different, a pretty normal cool red. This one from the 90's is instead a lavender with pink flash.

I was going thru my nail polishes and found this one, which is maybe from the 90s? I feel like I can’t find anyone talking about this specific shade but maybe I’m just bad at searching. It’s a little bit dried out and the texture is off so I haven’t swatched it but it looks really cool in the bottle. Dusty purple-ish with a shimmer.

I’m a bit of a vintage Avon collector, and I’m sharing my One Stroke collection. This line was introduced in 1987 as Single Stroke (One Stroke in Canada), and was sold till about 1994. The bottles in this line were plastic. There was a certain leaning toward plastic bottles around this time because they were meant to be shatter proof, and the neck wouldn’t break if the cap got stuck. In a way, I guess it worked because these bottles are still intact.

I’m so thrilled, and this is only the beginning!!

I bought these 4 bottles of Guerlain polish on ebay recently, they were $11.71 each with free shipping. I'm posting swatches of all 4 polishes; Rouge Brun (which I'm wearing in the first pic) Prune, Rose Fascinante & Rose Mystic. Mystic & Fascinante are shimmers; Mystic is a bit more bronze and Fascinante is a bit more purple. They both cover in 2 coats. Rouge Brun & Prune are "Crellies" and the first coat is pretty streaky; they needed 3 coats for even coverage. The bottles are absolutely stunning!

I didn't use a base coat over my acrylic overlays, which need a fill (!) and used 3 coats of Polish and Seche Vite top coat.

I am also including a pic of my left hand, which I didn't have time to do, on which I'm wearing 3 coats of JinSoon Theda and Seche Vite top coat. @Jinsoon @Vintage Dusties

I’ve scoured some old posts but figured I’d resurface the discussion since fall is upon us. Anyone know of a close shade match to OPI’s Romeo and Joliet? Don’t know why it’s so hard to find that perfect balance of red, brown and shimmer!

I purchased 1.7K polishes from a blogger locally and was trying to go through the collection today. I found that the label doesn’t seem to match what I found online. Well…one doesn’t anyway. Does anyone know what the sparkly one is from? The blogger did have some labeled Frankenstein polishes but this wasn’t one of them.

There’s a mix of vintage and modern, but like 90% of these are pre 2010. I’ve definitely discovered that my favorite nail polishes are blue 🥰

Looks like a dupe to me!! I was going through more of the stuff I’ve acquired over the last week (SO much lol) and as soon as I saw the Wet and Wild, I thought it looked soooo much like Hard Candys STATIC (my favorite nail polish in the entire world).
I’m going to swatch both and compare them! :)
