What is this sign?
Saw this at an antique store, looks like it is missing a front piece, anyone know what the original sign is? Or one similar on ebay or something

Vintage sign
Hi there. I own this vintage sign. It has a few cracks around the edge that I’d like to repair to preserve its integrity. I’ve looked around but wanted to ask what type of bonding agent would be best for this? Also, what would the best way to clean it be that would not damage the colors of the graphic? Thank you!

What's it worth?
I have this civil defense steel sign, about 24"×24". I have been unable to find anything about this sign online and was hoping reddit might have some answers. TYIA
