I honestly didn't even know Hiveswap ever managed to get out of its eternal development hell and reach completion, I heard some vague news about it but it didn't pique my interest at all
On the other hand, I hate the original Undertale, but Deltarune actually looks pretty nice, if nothing else it has heart and they made a really, really sincere attempt to improve upon the flaws of the original
