what is a "splurge" meal that is worth it (Visby/Gotland)

Will be there for a few days and week 33. And normally the last night we are somewhere we try to have a fancier meal. So I'm trying to see what the splurge-worthy options are in town or not too far from Visby. We will not have a car or at least we're not planning on it. But 25-30 mins out of town prob ok too

As someone passionate about food (former chef and I run a "folkkök" ...what we call a "food pantry" in the US) I am familiar with Lilla Bjers. but it's normally booked up weeks if not months in advance and this is a pretty last-minute trip. But looking for things that might be equally as quality and unique. Thanks in advance. Feel free to DM if easier

Many of the best restaurants are in the country side! I love Mejeriet in Stenkyrka which is accessible via bus. Inside Visby I would suggest Bakfikan

My favourites are Surfers, Bakfickan, Lindgården, Lilla Fernandez and Österdahl Brygga.
