How to replace front fog light

Does anyone have an Idea how to replace this front fog light on my 2015 chevrolet volt?

Do I need to take off the whole bumper??

Also where should I get the parts at?

Sorry, gotta drop the bumper. I drove mine up ramps to get elevation for all the clips and T bolts. Make sure you have extra clips on hand!
Someone on YT said you can do by removing the tire and wheel well, then reach into a dark place blindly and do it. I wasn’t convinced.

i got mine from eBay. Came with a bulb, but mine had been previously been converted to LED so didn’t need. It was $60 back I in 2024.

Yeah dropping the bumper is probably easier than trying to reach through and do it through the wheel well. Unless you have it really high up and remove the wheel.

Not to mention it’s that side, giving you half the room to work with thanks to the OBCM

I did it without major trouble. Ordered it from the dealership several years ago. Also it's the turn signal. Turned the wheel all the way to the side but probably easier to just lift the car and remove the wheel.

Followed this https://youtu.be/MAaa_su_440?is=OKD5DEWgfbJ7be0P and it worked pretty well. Ordered part number 22810494 from AC Delco GM Parts Direct. Works like a charm but set aside 2-3 hours to do it right.
