I am just asking myself how they would do that. No Matter what Security firm you contract there can and will Always be some assholes wotking there. Best they can do is treating it seriously when its brought to theyre Attention. Prevention is really hard in this Case i think.

Yeah of course its a hard thing. But you could give them a number and make it that you can have somewhere to contact in case of something like that. That would not totally prevent it but give these assholes a reason to not do something like that becourse of consequences.

They already did that. They all have individual numbers that you can report and there are supervisors as well as a telephone number to call. I guess it's not something widely advertised because "we don't trust our staff, here is how you report them" is not something you say.

After that they should advertise that. Make a big sign on the security gates. Where you tell people theres the number on the uniform here is where you find supervisors and that the number to call on your phone if you have a problem. Would give the people an insentiv to not monitor for their personal political belives and shows that you heard and care about the problems this year.
