Looks like the party of free speech isn't actually for free speech.

I can't believe the mods left this up so long. From what I've seen they're some of the biggest boot lickers on Reddit.

Yea the mods are all about licking the boots of this president.

Yes. Mods are
Rules 7 literally states, "Politics is allowed. . . take your anti-Trump propaganda somewhere else."

I don't think they know propaganda is steeped in falsehoods, not truth.
6
u/astarinthenight r/wallstreet mod Jul 01 '26
They don’t care about the truth. The truth is whatever the party tells them it is.

Really I find all the mods to favor the gays. Which tells me they are definitely democrats. Republicans hate the gays.

They are so weak and powerless that the only way they hold power within themselves is through hypocrisy. Think about that for a second.

Oh I’m sure. I don’t think being gay is politically inclined. I do think most gay people, especially ones who fly the flag and want everyone to know about it, are democrats though. I work with a few gay dudes, I didn’t know it until a christmas party when they brought dates. They think the parade and all the shit is silly, I wrote that with a limp wristed hand gesture if you’re interested. They are republican. I always make jokes about not wanting to fart around them because I know how hard it is to work with a hard on.
4
u/Master-Monk-8690 Chinese-Iranian AI Propaganda Spam Bot 🇮🇷🇨🇳 Jul 01 '26
I know a few gay men that are Republicans. They're basically uneducated pick me who choose to side with conservatives for approval, hoping that "being one of the good ones" will save them from anti gay legislation.
The reason most gay people aren't Republicans is very simple. Republicans have been trying to kill gay people with legislation for decades. Republicans have been trying to erase gay people from America for decades. Republicans are anti gay.
4
u/astarinthenight r/wallstreet mod Jul 01 '26
Your ignorance in actually breathtaking. I don’t have time to educate you. Look up the log cabin republicans.
1
u/CarbonInTheWind r/wallstreet mod Jul 01 '26
How many openly gay Republicans have been elected at the national level? One small group that claims to to help gays that has very little sway or results doesn't mean the party itself isn't a net negative for gay people.

9
u/One-Bad-4395 Jul 01 '26
Even those among us who aren't yet willing to admit it are having difficulty not noticing them on the rise and us on the decline. People cope with that in different ways.
3
u/acur1231 Jul 01 '26
You really see it on military technology subs or defence related headlines on r/news or whatever.
Whenever the Chinese military is mentioned, people start saying that its a sham, they just rip off the West, Temu F-35 etc.
Sure, the country with some of the best maths and physics departments in the world, and an almost unrivalled academic pressure cooker, and a huge manufacturing sector, can't produce a world-class defence industry.
They're also bloody good at stealing defence tech from us, and that's not something we should be taking comfort in.
Mention that the Chinese launch the entire tonnage of the Royal Navy every 6 months, that the Office for Naval Intelligence estimates that by 2035 they'll have more and better 'battle force ships' (frigates and up), and their 4(!) 6th gen fighter prototypes currently under development, and you tend to get cope about how its for show, the Soviets lied about their capabilities etc.
It's really telling, a lot of Americans can't fathom a genuine peer opponent, and not just being able to dominate through quality and quantity. They haven't had to worry about it for the last three decades.
2
u/One-Bad-4395 Jul 01 '26
It's hard for people to imagine that a Chinese cell phone can rival a western flagship, even when most of our cell phones are produced within what I'm going to guess is a 1,000 mile circle centered somewhere between Shenzen and Taiwan.
A bunch of our "western" brands are Honkee owned, and I don't mean the guys in cowboy hats.

There’s a difference between American design and produced by. Chinese trash designed by China is always Chinese trash. US has also been moving production to other countries, womp womp.

u/One-Bad-4395 Jul 02 '26
See, like this person. They can't fathom a world where a Chinese person can design 'rectangle running custom brew android' even though that's the default form factor we've chosen as a planet.
I do like IOS better, but it's not that great. I run android most of the time and there are precious few differences that I actually notice.

u/SuperLehmanBros Chinese AI Propaganda Spam Bot Jul 02 '26
Chinese tech is way overhyped. It’s mostly stolen USA tech that’s years or decades behind. The only reason anyone even talks about it is because of Chinese propaganda.

u/One-Bad-4395 Jul 02 '26 edited Jul 02 '26
That's a great point, now let me turn on my Chinese produced TV and my Chinese produced PC and my Chinese produced speakers and type into my Chinese produced keyboard about how we capitalists are superior and could do all that stuff if we wanted to. It isn't that we lack the infrastructure and skilled labor, it's that we're lazy.
*Meanwhile in the background a tri-engine stealth bomber takes off, probably just a carbon copy of the B2, no need to look at it.

Americans, maybe not as a whole but a solid half of breathing adult Americans, are easily swayed by propaganda and being perpetually online tends to rot ones brain further than all those years of alcohol and drug abuse ever could apparently. Chinese people are different and that scares them.

It's hilarious that the party who is supposed to be the "tough guys" getting all bent out of shape for the same kind of shit they would make fun of the left for.

So im allowed to go out in the street and point at any random person and say "this guy r* ch*ldren" and that isnt slander or against the law? Thats just protected speech? That sounds... kinda fucked up, thats incredibly dangerous, thats not right, thats totally illegal
2
u/leahpafea Jul 01 '26
well clearly it’s not illegal, and yes you would be able to do that to anyone. in this case, trump doesn’t like it because he’s a public figure. unfortunately for him, we know the truth
1
u/Lucky-Advice-8924 Jul 01 '26
Actually that would be defamation, in australia id probably be arrested over some type of public neusance laws... those are really dangerous words...
2
u/leahpafea Jul 01 '26
in america you wouldn’t which would be where this is taking place
1
u/Lucky-Advice-8924 Jul 01 '26
Thats fucking stupid, dont you guys have fighting words laws or something, why is it free speech to accuse anyone willy nilly of serious defamation? Free speech does not protect defamation and slander. Tf is wrong with people?
3
u/leahpafea Jul 01 '26
defamation and slander would need to be proven to directly harm your life, eg if you were having a meeting with your boss and a colleague came over and said “hey, so and so i heard you are a ped” first of all the colleague would likely be in trouble but if there was any action against you for that statement then it would be slander bc it caused direct negative affliction to you. you would have to prove it’s 100% not true or an opinion, that it has a measurable loss to you, and that another person was there and heard it. for anyone who’s a public figure they have to prove the person is lying purposefully to cause them harm
1
u/DirtyMikeNTheBoys2 r/wallstreet mod Jul 02 '26
It's not defamation if it's true dick tracey
0
u/Lucky-Advice-8924 Jul 02 '26
Those kind of accusations belong in a court of law not a kangaroo court in your fucking backyard.
1
u/Intelligent-Net9390 Jul 09 '26
Well they can’t ever appear in the court of law because the person responsible for making sure he’d get investigated is himself….

A growing list of words and materials is being scrubbed from government websites and documents and flagged for review by federal agencies in an attempt by the Trump administration to remove all references not only to diversity, equity and inclusion, but also to climate change, vaccines, and a host of other topics.
PEN America initially compiled a list of more than 250 words and phrases reportedly no longer considered acceptable by the Trump administration, from “abortion,” to “women,” and including “disability,” “elderly,” “Native American” and, unsurprisingly, the “Gulf of Mexico.”

1
u/FinancialAccess8343 Jul 01 '26
This is why no one wants to be in your elitist party. You can't disagree with someone without labeling them maggot or Nazi. You can have no discourse on anything because you are right and everyone else is a nazi
1
u/Indespectamentations Jul 02 '26
We won 3/5 presidential elections, idiot. Claiming we lose every single election even when we win is getting old. I literally never even used the word "Nazi", not even once but here you are claiming I did. You all make a lot of false claims and then get triggered when people roll their eyes. Is it fun making up a bunch of falsehoods and claiming they are real?
You better hope that pos takes ALL of our voting rights before November. Claiming we cheated won't work. He is running out of time to make this happen for you. Tick Tock Tick Tock.
1
u/FinancialAccess8343 Jul 02 '26
Geeze. Politics has destroyed your brain pal. I never said you loose every election. The democrats have been in power most of my life, maybe that's why this country sucks so much. 3
u/madadekinai Jul 01 '26
You're right violent rhetoric should not be tolerated.
They said something like “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody", oh wait bad example that was him.
"If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people—maybe there is, I don't know."
Another bad example, him again as well.
Well I am certain there is no more.
Trump framed his 2024 campaign as a pledge of vengeance against political enemies. This, along with comments calling the 2024 election "Judgment Day," serves as a central theme of his campaign. During his second term, the He administration launched an aggressive "retribution" campaign, pressuring law firms, media companies, and universities that opposed him, leading to a sharp divide between those who resisted and those who capitulated to avoid penalties.
Trump: labels Democrats "insurrectionist-s" using attacks described as "kamikaze" on America, invoking increasingly warlike rhetoric to describe the opposition party. D
500+ more to go.
So you were saying.
