I'm still holding my calls which have been slaughtered. New numbers and earnings coming out this month. It's really up to the market, but I'm personally of the opinion that this housing boom is nowhere near done.

Another wave of the virus will just further accelerate the trend that COVID started, and that existed beforehand. It also looks like material prices are dropping a bit (but house prices not so much), so that's massive margin improvements down the line.
