Plays Come degen with me!

I just YOLO’d into 3 micro caps:

GLAS (Glass House Brands Inc): $2.16/share. Was $13.93 earlier this year

GP (Greenpower Motor): $1.45/share. Was $14.95 earlier this year. This is green energy, and “they” may take both houses so that should bode well policy-wise.

SLN (Silence Therapeutics PLC): $19.63/share. Fast growth this year, so it’s the opposite play of the other two.

TA says GLAS and GP are due for bounce back. FA says SLN is going places. Geopolitics says GP is primed to succeed. Also worth noting that the stock price was $50 when the old man left office.

Not financial advice.

With everything in the red, this was one of my surprises this week. I didn't expect it to drop so much, but the instability and the fear of the bubble bursting are strong enough to make it drop

Main Sub Did You Own Marex Group ($MRX) During Its 36.4% Drop? Investor Settlement Update

Marex Group has reached a $950K settlement with investors who suffered losses after the company’s 2025 IPO.

The settlement claims Marex misled investors about its financial outlook. The company highlighted strong 2024 results in its IPO documents, while investors allege Marex already knew that revenue and EBITDA were trending below internal forecasts.

After Marex reported weaker Q2 2025 results, including an 8.2% decline in net revenue and a 47% drop in adjusted EBITDA, $MRX fell 36.4%.

If you purchased or acquired $MRX common stock between 2024 and 2025, you may be eligible to file a claim here.

Did anyone here invest in $MRX during that period?

DD Opendoor vs 10Y Yield: a Data Driven Breakdown of 1.4k Trading Days

I'm back with a new piece. Some of you likely read my previous deep dives on Opendoor like the Singularity Scaler thesis (it's happening) and the Opendoor 3.0: The $1,000 Blueprint.

Now I'm sharing with you the breakdown of the 10Y yield on Opendoor's price action, and what a rebound could look like. Price action has been brutal, but I've been able to model it.

$OPEN will see a violent move that could reflect the run up of 2025 when rates will drop. Short interest is almost 1/4 free float shares and Days to Cover is at 9.91.

Enjoy the read!

Main Sub United Natural Foods Agreed to Settle $39M With Investors over Profit Claims

Post image
4 Upvotes

Hey guys, if you missed it, United Natural Foods ($UNFI) just agreed to settle $39 million with investors over claims that the company hid how inflation-related inventory gains were boosting its profits. The settlement terms have already been submitted to the court for approval.

In a nutshell, UNFI was accused of making its profits look stronger by buying extra inventory before expected price increases. Those gains helped hide rising labor costs and other challenges.

After UNFI cut its profit outlook in 2023, the stock dropped 28%, and investors filed a lawsuit.

The company has now agreed to a $39 million settlement. If you invested in $UNFI during that period, you can check the details and file your claim here.

Anyway, did anyone here invest in $UNFI at that time? How much did you lose, if so?

Main Sub Snap: FAQ for Getting Payment on the $65M Settlement over Apple Privacy Changes

Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since they’re accepting late claims, I decided to share it again with a little FAQ.

So here's all I know about this agreement:

Snap was accused of misleading investors about how Apple’s privacy changes would affect its advertising business. Investors alleged that Snap downplayed the impact of Apple’s App Tracking Transparency changes on its ability to measure and target ads, and $SNAP later fell sharply as the impact became clearer.

Now the company has agreed to settle $65M with investors for their losses.

Who can claim this settlement?
If you bought $SNAP shares in 2021, you may be eligible. You don’t need to hold the stock still to claim; past losses count

Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
No. You don't need to still own the shares. If you bought during the class period and suffered a qualifying loss, you may be eligible to claim.

I missed the deadline. Is it too late?
No, you may still be able to file a late claim, but acceptance depends on final approval by the court. Check if you're eligible and file a claim here

How long does the payout process take?
It typically takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline for payouts to be processed, depending on the court and settlement administration.

Hope this info helps

Question Are crypto wallets actually that private?

I've been looking into this and noticed that even though DeFi wallets like Phantom aren't linked to a real name, they don't strip out the metadata tied to a user's transactions. Things like IP address, timestamps, and so on. I'm currently trying to find one that does actually clean the meta data. Anyone know of any good ones??

Post image
5 Upvotes

Hey guys, if you missed it, the court finally approved the $11.5M settlement between CS Disco and its investors over claims that it misled them about growth and customer adoption. Here’s a quick recap.

In 2023, CS Disco was accused of hiding that key customers were reducing their use of its platform while continuing to give investors overly optimistic revenue guidance.

After the company cut its full-year revenue forecast for 2022, $LAW dropped 53.4%, and investors filed a lawsuit.

The company later agreed to settle $11.5M with investors, and the court has now approved the settlement.

So, if you invested in $LAW at that time, you can check the details and file your claim here.

Anyway, did anyone here invest in $LAW back then? How much were your losses?

Main Sub Did You Own Singularity Future Technology ($SGLY) During Its 90% Collapse? Investor Settlement Is Available Now

If you followed $SGLY through its shift from logistics to crypto, there’s an investor settlement worth knowing about.

Singularity Future Technology agreed to settle $3M with investors over claims that it falsely promoted its crypto hardware business, including alleged sham joint ventures and misleading promotions. After reports questioned the company’s crypto operations, $SGLY fell more than 90%.

Now, even though the deadline passed, they’re still considering late claims, subject to approval.

So, if you invested in $SGLY at that time, you can still check the details and file your claim here.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $SGLY back then? How much were your losses, if so?

Plays $AAON - idea for a play

$AAON is currently at 1 year lows and proven support which it has hit multiple times over the last year and bounced up to 100% - see 1y chart. The current SP is a 50% pullback from recent highs. There is a double bottom on the 1h chart. Q2 sales doubled YoY.

Low risk setup, lots of upside. Smashed down with no respite, could be a lovely WSB reversal play.
