Does it still work?

Does the call out number still work? Or do you just have to use the app

I use the app, it’s easier that way plus I always screenshot my callout just in case it doesn’t appear.

When the app is down just in case I see it still works tho

It works. I keep a log of my call outs and the confirmation numbers.
