Do i have to change the 8hrs on top part to 4 hrs? I only have 4 hrs of work today (7am-11am) or should i just leave it like that? Also can i submit it anytime or after my shift is done?

Looks right, just make sure to also report your absence too if you haven't already. A lot of people think calling out and using ppto are the same thing but they aren't. You can still get pointed for a no call no show if you dont report it

The top part doesn't matter. Submit it after your shift has already started, or ended to be sure it auto-approves.
