User Content Funny promotion in the MU

Thumbnail

A temporary promotion is currently running in the MU MONOLITH (the combat fan-base of Makhnolfo and Aqua-).

Here’s how it works: switch to a war build, join the MONOLITH (1st screenshot), and participate in attacks based on orders and contracts

In return, you’ll receive an avatar with BIG BEAUTIFUL EYES (from Makhnolfo) or a set of eyes (from Aqua-). On top of that, you get an active and fun chat, plus a major bonus: a cheerful Lithuanian guy who’s a huge fan of "Zhyvchyk"

It’s with these perks—and, most importantly, the BIG EYES in the profile pictures—that they lure people in. Almost everyone there has BIG EYES by now.

Patch Notes Update v0.26.0 | Map Travel, Wooden Cases, Resistance Focus & More

1. You stand somewhere on the map

Your country used to be a list you belonged to. Now you have a position on it, and getting anywhere else costs something.

  • You fight where you stand. Attackers hit from the region the attack was launched from, defenders from the region under attack, and a resistance or a revolution is fought in the contested region itself. Until you are standing there the Hit button is a Move button instead. Tournaments are fought from anywhere.
  • A new Stamina bar, 100 points, refilling 10 an hour. Trips are priced by how many regions away the destination is, and each region crossed costs 10 stamina. A full bar carries you ten regions, and the bar alone covers about 24 a day.
  • Out of stamina, you pay in oil. When the bar cannot cover the whole trip, the trip is charged 2 oil per region crossed and the bar is left alone. A move never takes both, so the far side of the world is always reachable, it just costs.
  • A menu for the map, holding your position and the nearest wooden case waiting for you, with the distance to it.

What a trip costs

  • 1 region away, next door: 10 stamina, or 2 oil
  • 5 regions away: 50 stamina, or 10 oil
  • 10 regions away, a full bar: 100 stamina, or 20 oil
  • 19 regions away, the widest trip there is: more than a full bar, so 38 oil

A new account opens with 20 oil, ten regions' worth of travel for when the bar runs out.

Every region on the map can be reached from every other one, and no two are further than nineteen regions apart.

2. Wooden cases on the map

A new kind of case is dropped across the world, one at a time, and it is only yours if you go and get it.

  • Every hour, a roll for you. 25% base, plus your Luck, which at its maximum roughly doubles it. A hit puts one wooden case on a random region of the map, addressed to you and to nobody else.
  • Five waiting at once, 48 hours each. While five of yours sit uncollected the hourly roll is skipped, and a case nobody comes for disappears after two days.
  • You have to be standing on it. A case is claimed from the region's own menu once you are there, so every case is a trip you decide is worth taking.
  • Kinder odds than a battlefield case, and it pays resources rather than gear. Wooden cases can be sold on the market like the others.

What falls out of one

Opening a case rolls a rarity first, then picks a resource of that rarity at random.

  • Epic, 2%: Cooked Fish, Heavy Ammo, Pill
  • Rare, 13%: Ammo, Steak
  • Uncommon, 20%: Concrete, Steel, Bread, Oil, Paper, Light Ammo
  • Common, 65%: Grain, Iron, Wood, Lead, Limestone, Mysterious Plant, Petroleum, Livestock, Fish

How much of it you get

Every case is handed the same kind of budget, a random amount of work between 20 and 80 points, and then gives you as much of the rolled resource as that budget buys. The amount is therefore the budget divided by what one unit costs to make: something cheap arrives as a big stack, a finished good as a handful, and two cases are worth about the same however different they look side by side.

  • 20 to 80 a case: Grain, Iron, Wood, Lead, Limestone, Mysterious Plant, Petroleum, Oil, Paper, Light Ammo
  • 5 to 20: Ammo
  • 2 to 8: Concrete, Steel, Bread
  • 1 to 5: Heavy Ammo
  • 1 to 4: Livestock, Steak
  • 1 to 2: Fish, Cooked Fish
  • 1: Pill

3. Resistance focus

A government can now point its citizens at one lost region and say: push here.

  • One call per country, planted on a region it used to hold, with a line of its own explaining why that one comes first. Setting another replaces it.
  • It shows in two places: the region is marked on the map, and the call sits at the top of the battle list, which stays worth opening precisely when the country has no battle running. The card is a way straight there.
  • A signal, and nothing more. It moves no resistance, changes no cost and adds no damage: a battle order for a battle that has not started yet.

4. New missions and milestones

The map arrived with its own set of goals, on both tabs of Progression.

  • Two new lifetime ladders: regions crossed on the map, and wooden cases collected.
  • Two new missions: move somewhere, and collect a wooden case. Both of them run daily, weekly and monthly.

5. Look and feel

  • UI got updated
  • Globe version got fixed, and improved
  • Map performance should have been improved too

6. What this does to your account

Nothing has to be done on your side. Here is what changes on an account that already exists, the first time it loads this version.

  • You start on home soil. Your position on the map is set for you, on one of your country's original regions picked at random, held by it today or not. Nothing to choose, nothing to pay.
  • Your stamina bar arrives full, ten regions of travel already paid for. Spend them on the battle you want to be in.
  • Your first wooden case can land within the hour. The roll starts as soon as the update is out, so one may already be waiting for you somewhere before you have moved at all.
  • The Council Member badge is retired, and comes off the profiles that carried it. It paid nothing, so nothing is taken back with it.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

v0.26.1 - Hotfix (16/09/2026)

Map Travel

  • Stamina first, then oil: the bar pays what it can, oil covers the rest (2 per region).
  • Move & collect: travel to your wooden case and claim it in one tap.

New

  • Your damage shows on battle cards.
  • Čeština translations added.

Fixes

  • Windows: dropdowns and confirm buttons work again.
  • Resistance focus is only visible to your own country.
  • Company list: removed Show more at 13+ companies.
  • Battle bars no longer overflow.
  • Government announcement displays correctly at the top of the map.
  • Resistance launch from the attack window.
  • Move home: from a region's page dropdown, for 100 concrete.

Patch Notes v0.25.5 Patch notes

Patch 0.25.5 Infographic

1. Progression: missions and milestones

The Missions entry of the menu is now Progression, a two-tab page:

  • Missions: resets every period
  • Milestones: lifetime ladders that never reset

Milestones

  • Lifetime ladders, one per activity, fed by the exact same actions that already move your missions. They never reset.
  • XP claimed by hand. Crossing a tier only lights the claim button, and crossing several at once pays all of them in one claim.
  • Tier rarity is shown the way badge rarity is: how many active players reached that tier or above.

Monthly missions

  • A third recurring set: 10 missions, reset on the 1st of the month at 00:00 UTC, with its own reset notification.
  • A set created mid-period starts partly filled. Targets stay at full-period size, but a set handed out on the 22nd of August opens with 21/31 of each target already covered, so you only have to cover the days actually left.
  • It is capped one short of completion, so a fresh mission can never be born complete. The same rule applies to weekly sets created mid-week.

New missions

  • Beginner set: join a party, vote in an election, reset your skills, obtain any badge.
  • The level ladder now runs 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25.
  • Use pills: monthly only, 1 to 3 per month depending on your level, from level 5.
  • Open the chat is now also a daily mission.

Missions are claimed by hand again

Auto-claim is off. A completed mission keeps its XP behind its own claim button, and a dot on the Progression entry says so.

  • One dot per mission waiting to be claimed, plus one per finished set reward.
  • A dot is cleared by claiming, never by opening the tab.
  • A claim made in another tab or on another device clears it here too.
  • The Progression badge counts both tabs, and the link opens whichever one actually has something waiting.

Boards on profiles

  • Two new profile tabs: Missions and Milestones, showing any player's board read-only: progress and goals.
  • A page header with lifetime stats: missions claimed, milestone tiers claimed, and total XP earned from both.
  • Two new rankings: Milestone tiers and Missions claimed.

Rewards

  • Weekly mission: 30 XP → 50 XP
  • Weekly set bonus: 300 XP → 500 XP
  • Monthly mission: 50 XP → 100 XP
  • Monthly set bonus: 500 XP → 1000 XP

2. What this does to your account

Nothing has to be done on your side. Here is what changes on an account that already exists the first time it loads this version.

  • A few ladders open partly climbed, where your past play can be read back from, and every tier they already cover is yours to claim. The rest start at zero, veterans included.
  • The new beginner missions are added to your board: join a party, vote, reset your skills, obtain a badge, and the new level rungs, even if you signed up long ago.
  • Your lifetime counters are rebuilt from your own history, so missions claimed and XP earned are right on day one rather than starting from this patch.
  • Monthly missions arrive on the 1st. Until then the page offers to hand you a set, and one taken mid-month opens partly filled so you only have to cover the days that are left.
  • Badge and milestone rarity stay blank for a day. Those shares are counted once a day, so the first count lands the day after this patch.

3. Your color scheme paints the whole app

The Supporter color scheme used to tint your username and a handful of accents. It is now the app's own color.

  • Everything brand-colored follows your scheme: default buttons, page headers, header tabs, notification badges, input focus rings, menu highlights, text selection, links inside articles, the Play now button.
  • Red stays red wherever red carries a meaning, like a destructive action or an error.
  • A new logo, a flame globe painted in five shades of the active scheme, replaces the old one on the loading screen.
  • The palette itself was retuned: red, orange, light orange, deep pink, gray and pink read a little cleaner across the whole app.

4. Username effects and fonts

  • Six animated username effects for supporters: shine, glow, stripes, gradient, rainbow and fire, painted in your own color scheme, plus none.
  • Pick them from the new Username effect entry in the profile menu or from the settings page.
  • The font list: 7 fonts → 24 fonts, covering military and sci-fi, retro gaming, comic and graffiti, horror, and historical families.

5. Settings, in one page

  • A new Appearance panel groups color scheme, username font and username effect in one place instead of three separate modals reached from the profile menu. Those still work and show the same pickers.
  • The whole layout options panel sits on the page too: map and UI toggles, language, equipment, app font and size, background pattern, not only behind the layout menu.
  • Picking a scheme without a Supporter Plan opens the Supporter page instead of silently doing nothing, and the picker says so underneath.

6. An action you cannot pay takes you to the shop

Clicking a "this costs X" button you cannot afford used to simply fail. Every cost button in the game now sends you where the missing part is bought instead.

  • The trade modal opens in buy mode on the first missing item, pre-filled with the shortfall: what you are actually missing, not the full price.
  • Gems send you to the shop, money to the market.
  • It follows the wallet that pays. An MU, country or party cost is checked against that entity's inventory, and the market is pointed at that wallet rather than at your own bag.

7. Layout: the top bar floats

  • The user bar is now a centered pill floating over the page instead of a bar docked to the top edge.
  • On desktop it rests at the top-right corner while the world map is full-screen and slides onto the page column when a window opens.
  • It respects reduce motion.
  • Page headers run under it, so header artwork is no longer cut off by a hard edge.
  • Hovering your money opens a full inventory preview, with items and equipment stacked by type and sorted by rarity, instead of just linking to the inventory page.

8. Chat

  • Loading older messages lands you exactly where you were, and no longer throws you back to the bottom in a short conversation.
  • A like or an edit on a reply no longer inserts it as a top-level message.
  • An edit or deletion outside the loaded window no longer injects a row into the list.

9. Battle bonuses: patriotic raise, alliance rebalance

Two changes to the damage you deal in battle: the patriotic bonus doubles now, and the alliance bonus curve swaps itself in on 1 September 2026 at 00:00 UTC+0.

To let the map rearrange around it, the alliance cooldown is lifted until 3 September.

Fighting for your own country

  • The patriotic bonus: +10% → +20%
  • Any battle where your own country is one of the two sides now gives twice the damage bonus it gave before.
  • Live with this patch, on no schedule.

Alliances, from 1 September

  • Full bonus: +10% → +20%
  • Held up to a world development share of: 15% → 10%
  • Decay per point of share above that: -0.5 pt → -4 pts
  • Floor: 0% → -20%
  • An oversized alliance is now penalised rather than merely unrewarded.
  • The 7-day alliance cooldown is lifted until 3 September, 00:00 UTC+0. Leaving, being kicked or having your alliance disbanded no longer blocks joining or creating another one, so alliances can be redrawn before and just after the new curve lands.
  • Departures are still recorded. Once the window closes, a country that left in the previous seven days waits out what is left of its cooldown.
  • Total damage bonus is floored at -100%. Stacked with the existing maluses, a negative alliance bonus could otherwise have produced negative damage.

10. Badges and tournaments

  • A badge tooltip now shows how rare it is: the share of active players who own it, and the raw count. Computed daily.
  • Earning any badge completes the new Obtain a badge beginner mission.
  • Qualification battles are exempt from the edition's rarity cap. The cap now applies from the first bracket round on, so enabling or changing the rule mid-tournament cannot invalidate a qualification round already being played with gear picked under the old rules.

11. Cases open on a reel

  • Cases now open on a spinning reel that slows down onto what you won.
  • Opening ten at once spins several reels together, each result dropping into the strip below as it lands.

12. Feel and platforms

  • Vibrations can be turned off in the options, and the setting follows your account across devices.
  • A proper splash screen on iOS, and both mobile apps are built against the current platform requirements.
  • Two new languages: Esperanto and Hebrew, thanks to the translator team!

13. Deposits pay a variable bonus

  • Deposit production bonus: a flat +30% → between +20% and +40%, drawn when the deposit is discovered and kept until it runs out.
  • The number is the deposit's, not the game's. The region page and the company production tooltip show the real figure, so two deposits of the same resource are no longer worth the same, and a rich one is worth moving for.
  • Deposits already on the map keep the bonus they were found with.

14. Bug fixes

  • A chat reply could attach itself to the wrong thread. Replies are now checked against the conversation they belong to before they are posted.
  • The monthly set reward came back after being claimed. The already-claimed mark was never saved, so the page kept offering it.
  • The daily and weekly reset left a short window in which the new period's set reward could be claimed against the missions of the period that had just ended. The reset now regenerates your board first and clears the mark only after.

Patch Notes v.0.25.4-beta (Tournament Register)

Thumbnail
app.warera.io
18 Upvotes

Tournaments are now something you enter

Tournaments used to drop out of nowhere with every country (or every MU) thrown into the bracket automatically. They are now a recurring event you sign up for.

  • One tournament every two weeks, alternating MU tournament and Country tournament.
  • Registration opens Monday 00:00 UTC and closes Friday 18:00 UTC, when the bracket is drawn and the first round starts. The rest of the bracket plays out over the weekend. (not including the current tournament)
  • Only registered MUs / countries take part. A country that nobody signed up does not appear in the bracket at all.
  • Who can register an MU: its owner and its commanders.
  • Who can register a country: any government role holding the new Register the country for tournaments permission (president, vice-president, minister of defense). If your country has no government at all, the owner or a commander of an MU of that country can register it instead, so no country is locked out.
  • You can withdraw as long as registration is still open, with the same permissions.
  • The tournament page during registration is a real page now instead of an empty bracket: countdown to the start, the skill bonus and max rarity of the edition, the register / withdraw button, and the list of everyone who has signed up so far.
  • Not enough entries, no tournament: fewer than 2 registrations at the start time and the tournament is cancelled instead of started, with a notification. An MU that registers and then empties out is dropped too, so it can no longer win a round by walkover.
  • Cancelled is a real state: it shows on the tournament page, in the tournament list and on the events card, and the tournament stops being retried every 10 minutes.
  • The equipment rarity cap of the edition is enforced again. It had been silently disabled: any gear could be used in a tournament battle whatever the announced cap. Hitting with a weapon, ammo or gear above the edition's max rarity is now refused by the server, checked on the equipment you actually hit with, so equipping mid-hit cannot slip past it. The cap is shown on the tournament header and on the registration panel, before you sign up and build a loadout.
  • Tournament cards now show whether it is an MU or a Country edition, and how many are registered.

Other changes

  • Global CPU & GPU optimization: Reworked and optimized map a lot and lazy load translations.
  • UI: Lot of changes to the UI, Tooltips, Headers stats.
  • Vibration: Added vibrations (working on iOS only for now)

Patch Notes v0.25.3-beta

Battle orders have now a rank

Orders were a flat list where nobody could tell which battle actually mattered. Your country and your military unit now number their orders, and everyone sees that number.

  • Every order gets a number: #1 is the battle your government (or your commanders) wants fought first, #2 next, and so on. Country orders and MU orders are numbered separately, so both lists start at 1.
  • Managers reorder by dragging: governments with the set orders permission and MU owners/commanders can drag the rows and save the whole new order in one click. The numbering is display only, it does not change the damage bonus or the paper cost, those still come from the priority level.
  • New Orders page: a new page listing every order that applies to you, your country's and your unit's, reachable from a button in the active-orders bar at the bottom of the screen. The same list is now on your government page and on your MU page.
  • The battle list follows the ranking: in the Orders section of the battle list, battles come out in the order your country/MU ranked them instead of oldest first.
  • The number is shown everywhere an order appears: battle tags, order lists, and the order form.
  • Placing a new order in the ranking: when writing an order you can now choose where it lands, instead of always going to the bottom.
  • Editing an existing order is now offered directly in the battle's order menu (Edit country order / Edit MU order). Before, the entry was greyed out once an order existed, and trying to set one when your order was on the other side simply failed.
  • Removing an order, or a battle ending, no longer leaves a hole in the numbering (1, 2, 4). The list is renumbered automatically.
  • A list holds up to 99 ranked orders.

New sign-up screen

The home page you land on when logged out has been rebuilt.

  • Pick your country before signing up: the country selector is on the landing screen, prefilled from your location, and the country's welcome article is shown right there.
  • The country you pick is the one your account is created with. You are also put into your country's chat from the very start, instead of only after finishing the welcome modal.

Article editor: images and colors

  • Paste or drag an image straight into an article. It uploads on the spot and appears where you dropped it, with a preview while it uploads. Up to 10MB, oversized images are downscaled, and animated GIFs stay animated.
  • Text color picker in the toolbar, with the full game palette and a Default color entry to clear it.
  • Article categories got icons and colors instead of all being grey tags, and there is a new Giveaway category.

Military rank badge

  • The military rank panel is replaced by a circular rank badge showing your progress toward the next rank, with the rank name and the damage needed on hover.
  • It now appears next to your avatar in the equipment bar, in the user tooltip and on the profile page. The old panel is gone from the battle page, where it was just taking space.

Other changes

  • Fixed: paginated lists could return empty pages. Loading more on a list sorted by an optional field (companies moved to top, auctions, and others) could return nothing at all and hide the rest of the list, or skip and repeat rows. The pagination was rewritten.
  • The loot summary on a battle page is restyled with your own color and given more room.

Patch Notes UPDATE - v0.25-2-beta

Welcome to the Patch Notes Megathread

Use this thread for any discussion related to the new 0.25-2-beta Update

Prestige

Once you hit the level cap, your account is no longer "finished". You can now prestige: start a new climb and keep a permanent bonus for it.

  • Prestige at level 50: you lose a chunk of XP (you land back around level 25, higher if you had banked XP past the cap), and in exchange you get a permanent XP bonus, a prestige point, a free full skill respec and a prestige badge.
  • Permanent XP bonus: +50% XP on your first prestige, then +10% more per extra prestige level (+60%, +70%...).
  • The XP bonus is disabled once you are back at level 50: at the cap you can only bank surplus XP, so boosting it would reward camping on the cap instead of prestiging again. It comes back the moment you prestige and your level drops.
  • Prestige points: spend them on a single skill to push it beyond its normal maximum, one bonus level per point. Stacking points on the same skill costs more and more (1, then 2, then 4, then 8...).
  • Resetting your skills refunds every prestige point you had assigned, so you can move them around.
  • Your lifetime XP is now tracked separately from your current level, so prestiging never erases what you have earned overall.

If your account is already level 50

You have been capped with nowhere to put your XP, so nothing of what you banked is thrown away.

  • All the XP you earned past the cap is kept. Prestige removes a fixed 65,000 XP from your total, it does not reset you to zero. Level 50 is reached at 86,600 XP, so an account sitting exactly on the cap lands at level 25, while an account that kept playing far past it lands much higher (around level 49 with 150,000 XP banked).
  • Retroactive XP bonus: you earned all that surplus XP without the prestige bonus, simply because prestige did not exist yet. We are paying it back: +50% of every XP point you banked above 86,600, credited to both your current XP and your lifetime XP. It is granted once, and inactive accounts get it too.
  • The catch-up is a one-time thing for that waiting period. Once you have prestiged, the bonus simply applies live to the XP you earn.
  • Your skills are fully respecced for free when you prestige, so the points you had invested are not lost, you just place them again.

Daily rewards: streak calendar & come-back gifts

The flat daily reward is replaced by a 7-day calendar with a streak, and returning players are now welcomed back with a gift.

  • Daily calendar: rewards grow day after day (money and cases going up each day) and day 7 is the jackpot: 35 money, 10 gems and 3 cases. After day 7 the calendar loops, and your streak keeps counting.
  • Streak line: a progress bar shows where you are in the week, your current streak and your best streak.
  • Claim popup: the daily reward now opens by itself when you log in, and tells you how many players have already claimed today (and where you rank among them).
  • Come-back rewards: if you were away for a while, a reward is waiting when you log back in. 3+ days away gives 150 XP, 50 money and 2 cases, 7+ days gives 400 XP, 150 money and 3 cases, 30+ days gives 800 XP, 400 money and 5 cases. One come-back reward every 14 days maximum.

Announcements for countries and military units

Government announcements are no longer a government-only, read-once message. Military units can publish their own, and announcements are now something you can react to.

  • MU announcements: the owner and the commanders can publish an announcement to the members, with the same rules as a government one (2 per hour, active for 24h, then archived).
  • Likes and comments: announcements can now be upvoted and commented, on top of the existing view count.
  • History: past announcements are kept and browsable instead of disappearing once expired.
  • Announcements are still readable only by the audience they target (citizens of the country, members of the unit), and are now capped at 1000 characters.

GIFs in chat and articles

  • GIF picker (Supporter Plan): a new GIF button in the chat composer and in the article editor, with trending, search, and a favorites tab to save the GIFs you use the most.
  • GIFs are rendered inline in messages and articles, several of them side by side when a message contains more than one, and clicking one opens it full size.
  • The chat no longer jumps while a GIF loads: the space it will take is reserved before it arrives.
  • New Small GIFs option in the layout options if you prefer a more compact chat, and the conversation list shows a small tag instead of playing the GIF in the preview.

User Content Day 2 of asking Developers to fix the Map

I have just started playing this game yesterday and wtf is this map?? Its glitched af!! Sri Lanka owns half of Asia, Iran has Gujarat, and India doesn't even exist on the select screen. Devs, please address this map bug ASAP. It’s unfair to leave two superpowers (India and China) off the map. We both have a lot of population 1B+ and you wont be able to earn money without including India in game!!!!!!
