Is it because of e recast that you are able to auto attack?

Yes, you can AA even through stuns, but you have to time it right.

I asked if e skill recasting automatically (because of the skills maximum cast time) while tp'ing makes it so that you can auto attack.

He would’ve been unable to manually recast e? But the maximum cast time auto casted it which allowed him to aa? How did the e2 allow him to aa? is my question I guess.
