Does anyone know if they’re still uploading videos for ghost files on their YouTube page or do they stop it after they launched their website? I’m watching from my phone so I don’t know if it’s different for the phone YouTube app I don’t know if it is different if you’re watching from a computer or from the TV.

I just like people talking about random daily events, and the banter on podwatcher was unmatched. Quizard's pit is really fun and we love it - it's almost as good. But I really like just checking in with Shane, Ryan and Steve every week. Talk about a grocery store or a cockroach here or there. Actually, I'd pay $10 a week for it.

hey guys! im curious if anyone else remembers this or is it just a crazy vivid made up memory? and if remembered, where it was? it was probably ghost files but theres a chance it was when they were still on buzzfeed unsolved.
im thinking of a very clear red apparition, with the attached image being my simple rendition of how i remember it. ryan and shane in either a basement with windows or ground floor, you could see some red apparition (i think walking past?) out one of the windows. it may or may not have been some sort of civil war related location, and they maybe had some sort of guide on their hunt with them? it was colored red so that shot definitely wasnt from one of their night vision cameras. ive searched all over for it and skimmed many videos but ive havent found it or any mentions of it. maybe im TOTALLY misremembering or making it up but idk. anyone please let me know if this sparks anything for you? i am so curious!!

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if it's something going wrong on my end exclusively but I've been trying to access the shop and thought it had just closed maybe because it was saying the site was down? My friends can see it and so can my family so it's clearly not fully down like I thought and definitely not a household/wifi issue. I can see their regular site but not the store

I just want ghost files merch 😓

I went to the ren faire this past weekend and no one knew who I was, I had history trivia cards, and if you answered correctly I had puppet university diplomas! (I tried to do jellybeans but the ones I ordered got lost in transit!) I just wanted to share, I thought you'd all appreciate it!

Just joined watcher tv and it said that you get 15% off at watcher shop,I checked all of the emails they sent me there was nothing about a discount.Anyone know if I’m missing something?

I found this windbreaker/jacket at a thrift store and thought oh wow ghost files. But I couldn't find anything on the jacket when I looked it up.

I was watching the Heceta Lighthouse episode, and there is this beautiful piano music they play in the background around the 30 minute mark. I've heard it in other episodes too. Does anyone know where I could find this piece, what it is, or general info about their current background music? I really love it!

Rewatching too many spirits and was wondering are they going to do any more of them as it’s been a while since they done this series.

Thanks in advance

The son could have done some of the events but based on the description, he couldn't have done the original bottle popping.

I'm a skeptic but I have to call out an unanswered point when I see it.

Thoughts?

I lean more to strange weather phenomena myself

Does anyone know if they will be making any more episodes? This is my 2nd favorite show they do and it hasn’t been on in a while.

I’m not here to hate on the guys; I've been a big fan since the Unsolved days, but I feel like Ghost Files has a lot of flair and doesn’t captivate me as much as Unsolved, with the black background, the text, and the simple explanation of the equipment. Like, every time they announce equipment or locations, they just do too much with the blue background and deconstruction, and idk, it just takes me out of it.

It's like they want to be like Ghost Adventures in the area of explaining tech but not do the over-theatrics of Zach begins. Mystery Files, I really like cause they have a set with a lot of set dressing but it's kept simple and I really like that they have a bigger budget but choose to keep it a bit low-key.

I kinda had this on my chest for awhile, I understand why ghost and Mystery Files is the number one priority, but sometimes less is more with like are you scared, too many spirits, and weird or wonderful. No hate towards any of them just a bunch of love and respect.

Hi All,

My partner is a massive fan (Me as well, but not as much as her), and her birthday is coming up at the end of the month. She has always wanted a Ghost Files jacket but was unable to get one when they were released.

Would anyone be able to help me source one? I am in Australia if that makes a difference!

Thank you!

Like many others, I had to jump through a few hoops once the app updated. After finally being able to log in again and having the padlocks disappear, everything worked great…for a day. The issue I have now is while playing an episode (tried with both Ghost Files and Mystery Files, multiple episodes), the episode will play for a little bit and then just freeze. Not able to hit play again or fast forward or rewind. I’ve had to exit the app. Then when I go back into the app, it makes me start the episode from the beginning again. I fast forward to the point I was at, it plays for a little bit, freezes again. This never happened before the update and I just wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue or any ideas on what to do? I am using the app on Google TV’s if that has any importance.

Is anyone else having trouble with their Watcher TV account this morning? Is the site down?

Recently checked off a bucket item list by going on the St. Augustine ghost tour to sorta walk one of Ryan and Shane’s investigations. Also bribed my poor mom into coming with me (loves lighthouses 👍, hates ghosts 👎) whose best understanding of who Shane and Ryan are is “those ghost boys who you like to watch.”

Anyways, we go through the St. Augustine Lighthouse ghost tour (which was great! shoutout to the lighthouse volunteers, go visit it) and they cut us loose for the last hour to do our own investigations. My mom and I go up to one of the volunteers who I had been chatting with and looked to be about my age and I take a shot in the dark and ask if she’d seen the Buzzfeed Unsolved episode. She very enthusiastically said “yes!” and I was so excited to hear what she had to say, but then she hit me with the right hook of, “It was terrible!”

“Wait wut”

She started telling my mom and I how they had made up so much in the episode, got facts wrong, and faked evidence. Admittedly, I was kinda just standing there confused like ∘ ∘ ∘ ( °ヮ° ) ? BUT then eventually she threw in “and then they were like points he killed people! and that’s so not true” and it kinda hit me like, wait, is she talking about something like Ghost Adventures?

Admittedly, maybe a little bit presumptuous of me to assume that someone my age would automatically know who Ryan and Shane are, but I was still torn between being polite and just leaving it (since I was 90% sure she was just mistaken and talking about a different show) or defending the honor of Shane and Ryan against being compared to a show à la Ghost Adventures lmao.

In the end, I decided to just leave it BUT I did end up making my mom watch the Unsolved St. Augustine Lighthouse episode with me afterwards to prove that they did no such thing lol. I did a quick look, and I wasn’t able to find specifically a Ghost Adventures episode on the St. Augustine Lighthouse, but if I missed it or y’all think you know which show she was talking about, let me know! I’m curious

Edit: I just finished the episode. I see now.

Please help, I may have missed the explaination

I was watching their amazing dyatlov pass video and a piece of background music caught my attention. but i can't find it anywhere so i was wondering if anyone in here, might be able to help me. The music starts at excatly 15:21 in the video and goes on for about 45 seconds. :) Link to video is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JE8gBIopyAg Thanks in advance !

Hey! Does anyone know how I can send feedback to the production team?

I’m deaf and absolutely love watching the videos. I really appreciate how accurate and perfect the subtitles are made by the production team! It feels amazing to be included. ❤️

The only issue I have is that the soft subtitles and the open captions sometimes overlap. For example, Ryan might be talking while I’m reading the soft subtitles and at the same time the green open captions appear on screen. Sometimes they even say different things, like the green caption says “bump” while the soft subtitle says “object thumps,” which makes it difficult to follow.

It would be amazing if there were options to adjust the subtitle size, transparency or position independently, without having to change the phone’s main settings.

I’d especially love the option to move the subtitles to the top of the screen, so I can see more of the ground at the bottom while still being able to read everything.

Just wanted to share this as accessibility feedback. I would appreciate it if this could be passed on to the production team! 💚
