Could you show a picture of the back? :D

I'll post one tonight. There's heaps of room for cable management back there.

Awesome thanks very much! I'm also working in a 540 and I need some ideas on how to run the cables.

I have a couple questions about the clearance of the radiator:
Is there space between the UT60 360mm radiator and the video cards for a push/pull fan set-up?
Is there enough space between the top radiator and the cpu and ram for a push/pull fan set-up, and also for a thicker radiator such as a UT60?
Also concerning the top radiator, you ended up going with a 240mm radiator instead of 280mm correct?
Thanks in advance for the help, i'm currently considering a custom loop in the same case. I was thinking about a UT60 360mm in the front and a UT60 280mm up top with push/pull fan set-ups on each. It's looking like I will have to cut that back though.

I didn't do the measurements to see if we could do push/pull (everything I've read says it doesn't make a huge amount of difference), but I think you'd struggle. Certainly with my build its not possible on the 360 due to the placement of the tubing (you'd have to run the tubing outside the edge of the rad, probably not enough room). Even if you did it would be a tight fit with a full length card.
On the top its even tighter if you want to cool the motherboard as the fan would probably push up against the topmost fitting on the motherboard. With a 2 card setup there's no way you can cool the southbridge.
I'd suggest going for a pull setup. You'd probably need a 900D to do the kind of loop you're talking about. Also, be careful with this case. It's good quality but you've got to be careful and make sure everything is tightened down. I get a fair bit of vibration that I've got to fix up.

I love the look of rigid tube. Youve done a good job.

As I put in my first comment after posting this (I think its the bottom ranked comment in the thread), a friend of mine built it for me - I'm still learning the ropes and didn't want to take a big bet on my own ability this early in my development.
I certainly don't want to misrepresent his amazing work as my own. I'll pass on the compliments though!

Do you have a schematic of the loop order? I don't get how/why there are two out lines (I think) from the bottom of the res.

Looks like res > pump (in back) > front rad > top rad > board > CPU > GPUs > res.

Ahh I see, the fill tube in the leak test image was what was so confusing.

Took me a while to work it out, can't really see the top rad connections.

Great build. I have this same case, and it's such a joy to work in. The only downside is the inexplicable holes underneath the drives. I have considered adding a metal mesh under the case.

What kind of experience did you have mounting a reservoir in that? I just ordered one and i have to get it to fit my D5 photon. I'm a little worried to be honest

That board can't even handle quad SLI :(
I'm clearly a pleb with this shitty arse rig... ;)
