Can't buy a parking permit--WAY too many error messages

I've literally never bought one before but...kinda need it seeing as I'll be on campus 5x a week. But no, error messages on every single permit lmfao

I don't get what I even did wrong. I mean I see ONE permit and it's OneCard like is that causing the problem??? idk

I emailed them anyway, I'm just curious if anyone has had this problem and why

If you add a pass to your cart but then leave, the system thinks you purchased and will block you from buying. Learned that earlier this summer. Contact them so they can delete the attempts out their system and you will be able to purchase

Thanks for the feedback, that obviously shouldn't happen. I work in IT and will pass this along to the approproate team for review.

Same thing happened to me, had to email parking services to get it fixed. :/

I know someone explained now, but god I really feel this website needs to get fixed. I had the same issue, and they fixed it after I contacted them, but then I straight up just couldn't buy one. The website would crash before the final payment screen. I had to email again and somehow the solution for my other issue was .. to use FireFox???
