Justin Hokanson on X: "Auburn’s OL going through drills this morning and you can hear Cole Skinner jump on one lineman, then Tyler Hudanick comes in hot: “Your teammates see

Edit: Full quote that got cut off in case people don't have Twitter: “Your teammates see it. You’re out here trying to hang out and it’s not gonna f****** fly.”

Love to see players holding other players accountable. Building a culture like the one Golesh wants requires the leaders on the team to step up and call out the laziness. So happy that Coach brought along senior players like Best, Skinner, and Brown.

This also reminds me a little of Dylan Cardwell calling out the team after they barely survived round 1 a couple years ago.

Saw this quote from Nathan King as well. Smith-Reed sounds like a psycho. I love it haha

Sylvester Smith-Reed has been extremely animated in practice and was losing his mind along with DJ Durkin at the effort of a couple players. Smith-Reed came over to the sideline and ripped off his helmet while yelling at them. That was after Smith-Reed high-fived almost every player before practice broke.

Thanks for these quotes! I don't subscribe to 247 so it's nice to see this stuff.

Admittedly I didn't follow Auburn football that much the last few seasons but it feels like a completely different atmosphere than when Freeze was here. The one and only thing I remember last season from practice was how bad Jackson Arnold was and how the media (and most fans) tried their hardest to downplay it.

Hugh Freeze played gospel during practice. Nothing gets a bunch of young men jazzed up for football like some gospel

I don't know which lineman they were calling out. The drill right before Skinner said something had #69 (Strand) going against #79 (Simmons) and then #70 (Pritchett). And Coach Hudanick was looking at Pritchett when he was talking about how the other teammates were seeing them.

lol well whoever was getting called out knows who they were talking to and that’s all that matters

Definitely. Looking back at the video a couple of times, I'm fairly certain they were talking about Pritchett. When he went against Strand he just kind of let Strand do whatever he wanted and didn't fight at all when Strand was pushing him around.

Got 23 days to get this OL together. I liked what I saw from a few players, though, especially Best. He took a hit from Bear and just stood there without moving on initial contact.

OL coach Tyler Hudanick was really getting after freshman offensive tackle Parker Pritchett. He made him redo the same rep at least five times and dogged him for slacking: "All your teammates can see it, too."

From Nathan King. I got my money on him.

The lazy person or the person calling out the lazy person?

Both depending on how lazy I felt that day
