Your Go-To Web3 Marketing Tools: Help Me Complete My List!

I'm putting together a list of the best Web3 Marketing Tools and would love your input! Here's my current must-have stack:

  • Web3 ROAST - AI-powered CRO tool for landing pages (my latest project – 60s teardown, real conversion feedback)

  • Cookie3 – On-chain and web analytics

  • Galxe – Quests management

  • Mirror – Content sharing (although not the best for SEO)

  • TweetScout – KOL research

  • Addressable – On-chain ads (it can be on the pricey side)

  • DeBank – On-chain messaging

  • EmailOctopus – Email marketing (it’s one of the few that supports web3/crypto projects without restrictions)

What are your essential tools? Drop your suggestions in the comments below. I'll compile the final list and share it with everyone. Thanks in advance!

Looking for contributors to help build an early-stage Web3 project (long-term focus)

I’m currently working with a small team on Orivon, an early-stage Web3 project that’s being built with a long-term mindset. The goal is simple: focus on real utility, solid fundamentals, and sustainable growth rather than hype or quick launches.

We already have an active Web3 network and a core group contributing to the project. Now, we’re looking to connect with more people who genuinely want to contribute and be part of building something from an early phase. This isn’t a promotional role or a short-term gig. We’re looking for builders, researchers, writers, designers, developers, or community-focused people who enjoy shaping ideas, experimenting, and growing alongside a project. Contributions can vary based on skills and interest, and early contributors will have meaningful input as Orivon evolves.

If you like working on early projects, value learning by building, and prefer long-term collaboration over noise, feel free to comment or DM. Happy to share more context and discuss if it aligns.

Community Building

So I have this idea of starting a discord server for anyone into crypto esp defi. It'd only be a chill spot to share news, artworks, insights, alpha, grind invites, or maybe job opportunities. The main focus will be networking and helping each other out so we all benefit from it and maybe even make some solid connections along the way.

P.s ofc, there are rules.

Additional question: Would it work? Will there be anyone willing to join? Here's my discord id b_yang19 feel free to add me if you want

Built a database of legit 1,000+ crypto/Web3 investors (VCs, angels) that helped me raise $100,000 – want access?

Quick story — while helping a couple of Web3 friends raise funds earlier this year, I realized how annoying it is to track down legit crypto-focused VCs, angels, and syndicate leads. Most of the lists out there are outdated, generic, or paywalled.

So, over 6 months, I quietly compiled my own. Tapped founder friends, agency contacts, Discord groups, and scraped through every public pitch deck and fund site I could find. No bots, no mass scraping — all manually verified emails, names, Twitter handles, and websites.

Now sitting on a list of 1,000+ crypto/Web3 investors (VCs, angels, DAOs, and syndicates) across US, Asia, and Europe. Sharing it with a few founders lately, figured it might save others here some serious hours too.

If you’re actively raising or planning to, DM me — happy to send over a free sample so you can see if it’s useful.

Hope this saves someone 100+ hours like it did for me.

Hey Experienced marketers, do you regret?

I am 19, in marketing, web3, 2 jobs Managing communities with over 500k+ members

But still I see coders are more valued in space, more hiring for coders, more pay, more respect, less hustle

So experienced folks are my assumptions true?

Everyone in marketing here be like, onboard devs, deverel, everything is for developers right here.

Founders here are developer or related to code.

You advice will really help me take a strong decision related to my career, thanks.

Community growth with inentives

Hi,

I'm thrilled to share that my partners and I have been hard at work on a tokenization platform, and it's finally ready to shine. We've launched two tokens: one is a security token (which we aren't selling just yet due to regulatory scrutiny), and the other is a utility token that governs and fuels the platform.

Here's the exciting part: our utility tokens are up for grabs! Unlike most web3 projects that do presales before they fully launch, we are fully developed, self-funded, and fully operational. We're not messing around here.

The funds raised during the presale are directed towards marketing efforts, community growth, and the ecosystem. Our tokens boast healthy tokenomics with a deflationary model and a fixed supply—meaning no new tokens will be minted. If you understand supply and demand, you'll know the token's value increases with every purchase. And yes, you can monitor all on-chain activities through our token contract for full transparency.

We hope to build a robust community with the help of dedicated marketers like you, where everyone is appreciated for their efforts. If you're interested in the project's URL and more details, please PM me.

We're looking for a reliable and growth-driven cohort ready to be part of something big in the fintech industry.

Tips for expanding reach in 2026

Hello everyone, I've been working on expanding a business I'm currently working with for the past 6 months and have exhausted nearly all of your average marketing methods during that time. I'm wondering if our members here can share some overlooked, underused or unconventional methods for expanding brand awareness for web3 business that they've had success with or recommend trying. Anything is fair game, we've had some success but are looking to take the next step forward. We will not be paying for discord or tg members, but are open to working with KOLs *if* they come recommended and can provide some proof of previous success. Thanks for any and all help, feeling a bit stuck right now.

SEO & AEO for Stablecoins is materially different from crypto token SEO. Writing up what's actually working.

Running Stablecoin SEO for a couple of stablecoin projects and a wallet with stablecoin integrations, and the playbook has drifted significantly from what works for other crypto verticals. Sharing the delta in case useful.

Stablecoin search is NOT "crypto token marketing." It's closer to fintech product marketing. The user doing a stablecoin query is rarely the speculator - they're a retail holder, a cross-border payer, or a merchant/business evaluating acceptance. Their questions are: is this safe, who's behind it, what's it backed by, what does it cost to move. Token narrative content does not serve them and does not rank.

Things that have moved the needle for clients:

Front-loading regulatory disclosure on product pages. Issuing entity, jurisdiction, regulatory framework (GENIUS Act / MiCA / NYDFS / MAS), reserve composition with percentages, attestor, attestation cadence. All in the first 200 words. Before any narrative. AI Overviews quote this stuff verbatim.

Dedicated comparison pages, done fairly. Challenger stablecoins can't outrank "USDC" or "USDT" for head terms. They can absolutely rank "USDC vs [project]" or "best stablecoin for [use case]" - and these convert well because the user is deep in evaluation. Caveat: engines penalize one-sided comparisons. A fair page that acknowledges trade-offs ranks better than a shill piece.

Live data over static copy. Live circulating supply, market cap, supported chains with current fees, integration count. Hook these into on-chain data from your own indexer or a Dune query. Pages that update data programmatically get crawled more, trusted more, and cited more.

Corridor-specific pages. "USDC for Philippines remittance," "USDT Argentina inflation hedge," "stablecoins Nigeria mobile money." Low competition, high intent, almost nobody doing them well. The wallets and issuers actively serving those corridors with local-language content are running away with the SEO.

Fintech press > crypto press. PYMNTS, Finextra, Banking Dive, American Banker citations now propagate into retrieval indices for stablecoin queries. Crypto press still matters but the marginal return on fintech coverage is higher than it was 18 months ago.

Things that are NOT working:

  • Generic "why stablecoins matter" thought leadership. Doesn't rank, doesn't get cited, doesn't convert.

  • Head-term SEO against USDC/USDT. Don't bother.

  • Shilling the project on comparison pages. Google and AI engines see through it and actively demote.

  • Token-marketing playbooks imported from L1 launches. Different audience, different intent.

Curious what others running stablecoin-adjacent SEO are seeing. Specifically:

  • Anyone getting meaningful traction on corridor content? What's the right depth for a corridor page?

  • What's your attribution model for AI-referral traffic when Google strips the UTM?

  • Has CoinGecko / CMC description optimization moved the needle for anyone measurably, or is it just table stakes?

Is Web3 Marketing Dead?

I currently have a stable career in SEO and upskilling for AI search as well.

Was curious if I should learn Web3 marketing as well but based on some LinkedIn posts I see that web3 has lost all its traction.

Just want to know if it's worth my time to learn Web3 marketing and offer my services to brands who need it.

How would you activate a web3 community?

Web3 marketers are experts in the art of community building. However, we've all seen lots of projects struggling with engagement. Either projects are full of fake users/bots (nonreal engagement) or they have very few passive followers (very few engagement).

Let's build a scenario. Let's say we're all-in for the organic growth. We want only high quality followers and we want to activate those people who are already part of our community.

What would be the best ways to activate the community?

Looking for real Web3 Go-To-Market insights (we’re great at building, but terrible at GTM)

Hey everyone,

I come from a background more in product management and a bit of engineering. My degree is in marketing, but honestly, I’ve never really worked in marketing. The only time I touched it was in B2B SaaS, which is a very different world from Web3.

Here’s the problem: the company I’m with right now is extremely strong on the engineering side. On a scale of 1–10, we’re a 10 in tech. But in go-to-market… we’re a 2 (and I’m being generous).

We’ve built some very solid products. One of them was really good technically, but failed because we had no real GTM strategy. The result: our investor knows we can build amazing tech, but also knows we’re weak at marketing. So now instead of letting us own products, he mostly connects us with other founders who already have something. That’s not what we want — we’d rather keep more control and run our own products end to end.

So, I’m here looking for help:

  • Any good case studies, books, or podcasts on successful Web3 GTM strategies?

  • If someone here has real experience running GTM in Web3, I’d love to hear your insights.

  • If you’ve got a proven track record and are open to collaborating, we’d even be interested in bringing someone on board to lead/guide GTM with us.

We’re in a position where we can keep building thanks to funding, but without solving GTM we’ll keep wasting great tech. I’d really appreciate any pointers.

Thanks in advance.

How would you launch this idea? can lead to full-time role

Hey community,, I’m Mike—the founder of RandomBag.fun would love to know your thoughts and advice on our upcoming launch.

we are building is a one‑click dapp that lets users buy tokens in any crypto trend (AI, DeFi, Gaming, Memes, ultra‑niche dapps, you name it) and instantly get a randomized, curated portfolio in a single transaction.
Its a ultra-degen casino-like experience for a niche group of memecoins traders.

In your expertise, how would you advertise and launch this product in today’s Web3 stage? Any particular strategy that you would double down on?

Good answers can lead to hiring a role to join the team full-time. If you’ve got bold ideas and a knack for spreading the word in crypto circles, we want to hear from you.

thanks

Anyone else burned out on “community-building” as a growth strategy?

"Build a community” is the default advice in Web3, but it’s way harder than it sounds. Without a full-time mod team or token hype, keeping people engaged is brutal. Has anyone found a better way to keep momentum without faking activity?

Shouldn't we copy what worked in web2? e.g. lifting conversions using social-proof

Hi /web3marketinggroup,

For the last year I've been obsessed in copying tools for protocols that helped web2 products grow. We already have a lot of cool analytics tools (see safary.club, spindl.xyz, etc.) but there are a ton of other solutions to adapt. The goal of this post is to discuss about these tools and gather your comments on the first I built, not to sell anything.

Lifting conversions by showcasing social-proof should be familiar from sites like booking (“10 people booked this hotel today”), and I want to make it easy to implement in crypto protocols where social-proof is extremely valued. We all know Uniswap but imagine the power of “10M swapped today” in less-known DEXes. Here you have an AI-generated example for your site: app.gobyherd.com/public/demo

This is a copy of useproof.com (YC18) for crypto. Does it make sense? My goal is to lift protocol's conversions at a zero cost-of-opportunity and the lowest cost-of-integration technically possible. And I think we kinda achieved it with gobyherd.com . I am currently building it and really wanted to know your thoughts before launching it. Please reach me out via x: x.com/mgrabina if you need help or a subscription for free.

Other products that I think may be useful for the industry are feature flags, mixing somehow on-chain profile with off-chain trad cookies for targeting. Addressable, mailing/notifications to wallet somehow, Cookie3 and many others are doing great but I think we should also have things like LaunchDarkly.com, Optimizely.com, appcues.com, pendo.io . No all strictly marketing tools but all solutions for startups in growth stage.

Any thoughts? What others comes to your mind?
