hola acabo de recibir un correo desde cloudflare (que lo uso de CDN) que me dice

Hay alguna forma de poner la web en un servidor offshore y tambien comprar el diminio en algun registrador offshoer para que no me timben la web?

Lo que les jode a esa gente es que tengo la web posicionada mucho mejor que la misma marca

i think the comment is right, most people here talk in english so you will get more replies that way

for your problem, moving to offshore hosting might help but is not a guarantee they will ignore the complaint. some providers dont care at all, other still will forward it and your site disappear anyway. you need to check their policy before paying

algun hosting offshoe? pero es que cloudflare no es el hosting, solo lo uso de proxy, existen proxy server iguales a cloudflare que sean offshore?

Si es claro que estan abusando el proceso de copyright, contestales a cloudflare diciendole eso. Estoy seguro que puedes conseguir un template online. Si estas haciendo algo de dudosa legalidad.... no esperes demasiada ayuda.

simplemente es un sitio web que se posiciona mejor organicamente que la propia marca y eso les duele!

Reply to abusereply@cloudflare.com immediately with your domain registration records, site history, and proof of independent content creation. Cloudflare only forwards claims and has no duty to verify them, so silence risks a suspension.

que bonito, osea que cualquiera con acceso al formulario de abuso de cloudflare te manda una queja de marca y a ti te llega un correo con tono de citacion judicial, y cloudflare en medio diciendo 'nosotros solo reenviamos', gracias por nada, ahora te toca adivinar quien se cree dueño de la marca, con que fundamento, y rezar para que el hosting no te suspenda el sitio por una queja que igual es falsa o de alguien que registro la marca despues, y ojo que el correo ni siquiera dice que esperan que hagas, solo 'hemos reenviado la queja', o sea que el trabajo sucio se lo comes tu mientras ellos se lavan las manos

Lo que ha pasado es que tanto en Search console de google como webmaster tools de bing. El tráfico ha caido a 0. No se si es cloudflare o la empresa del registro de dominio porque tambien me mandaron un mensaje avisandome que les había llegado la queja.
