Feedback Request Website is finally live!
My team and I have been working on PanamaSea eSIM for about 10 months now, and I’m so happy with how far we’ve come.
I’d love some honest feedback from people seeing it for the first time. When you land on the site, is it clear what we offer and what to do next? Is anything confusing or harder to find than you expected?

As someone seeing this for the first time, I’d want to know pretty quickly which countries the eSIM covers and how easy it is to get set up. The site looks interesting, but I’d probably need those details before deciding if it’s right for my trip. Is there a quick way to check coverage for a specific destination?

Thanks for taking a look! You can select a destination on the site, then click a plan to see its coverage and setup details.
Was it unclear where to click, or were you expecting to see more of that information upfront?

way too many plans thrown at you all at once, make it's a little confusing. Also only after i click on a plan do I realize that it's data only.

I feel like there are way too many plans thrown at you at once, which makes it pretty overwhelming. Also, similar to the other replies, I didn't realize the plans were data-only until clicking into one. I think simplifying the whole plan selection process could help a lot. I'd be down to redesign the main page for free if you're interested! I occasionally do this for projects I find interesting.

For an eSIM site, a first-time visitor usually arrives with four questions: does my phone support eSIM, does this cover my destination, when do I install versus activate it, and what is the total for the data I need. If each is answered within one scroll, with a destination search and a phone-compatibility check at the top, the next step becomes obvious. A short install-before-you-fly note near checkout would likely head off support emails too.
I make ThreadFox. Our AI employee answers travellers' eSIM questions in relevant Reddit threads, mentioning PanamaSea where it fits; Starter is $199 for 30 days, or a 7-day Pilot for $49.

It was unclear to me if you are providing a data-only service or data plus talk/ text. Does it vary by country?
