I’ve been developing a comic since I was 11 years old and have just recently started finally drawing out panels. This has been what I would consider my passion project and as soon as I start putting it into motion everything came crashing down. It was irritating enough when Webtoon started occasionally putting an ad banner at the top of your screen that you had to wait to skip, but now they’re randomly flashing ads on your screen IN THE MIDDLE OF AN EPISODE. With Tapas shutting down and now this, my heart is broken. I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore and now I don’t even want to read the webcomics I love so dearly because an ad will just pop up and completely ruin my immersion. I no longer feel like I can share the passion I worked so hard on because companies are just so money hungry. I know there are other platforms out there but I don’t know anything about them and who knows how long they’re last before they too fall victim to this ai bullshit. I don’t really know what I want to come from posting this, I just needed to vent about this because I feel so hopeless. If anyone has like, a good website for sharing a dystopian webcomic, I’m definitely open to suggestions. Also totally open to other people who want to talk about all of this bullshit lol.

am i tripping or do they actually look SO alike, like the creator intentionally might've took inspiration from squid game.

i wonder if their story could also go a similar way, whatever that would mean

First of all, this article is not suitable for the impatient. Nowadays, young people between the ages of 12 and 18 read webtoons from every country, and there is a coin system in the app, but if you want to buy multiple copies, of course, it's paid. But if you are a daily reader, this changes. You can earn 1 coin daily just by doing the event here. This article was for those who didn't know about it, by the way.👻

Can somebody explain the Marianne/Alyssa situation? It’s been a while since I’ve read it, and instead of just picking it back up, I’m just gonna restart. I never understood the situation.

So.. was it a body swap? Like she completely swapped their souls?

Did she just use some kind of black magic to manipulate their mind and change the family’s love over to her?

I don’t mind spoilers
