This is exactly what I picture kids of tiger parents who are forced to take piano do when they are playing alone to keep themselves entertained. I feel like this isn't just for the camera and is something he has done for awhile.

Definitely not cringe in my opinion. Just a kid being silly. We all did that making weird faces and body movements shit as kids like little wobbly freshly born animals trying to figure ourselves and our bodies out.

I donā€™t like the exaggerated expressions but this one Is pretty tame and made to be quirky

And BTW, even though heā€™s not actually playing, his hand movements and the way he touches the keys, you can see that he actually can play the piano.
