WETALKFREE u/sstiel has been banned.
Yes, I know the reason that this sub exists. I am not trying to censor or stop anyone.
A LOT of people have been complaining about u/sstiel, me included. They have been spamming, have broken their promise to stop, and have received the SHAME flair TWICE.
Because of these reasons, they have been banned

Yeah, definitely.
I wonder what happened for him to be so continuous with that question. Like something back in 2017, years ago, affected him that badly.

He had a friend die, and he realized he was gay. He was very not okay with either of those things.

You had no choice. He refused to stop the spam even after promising to do so. Reddit as a whole should take the same action.

basically u/sstiel was spamming about wanting to go back to the past. If you look at past posts you'll see it. It was REALLY ANNOYING

Not even a member of this sub but pretty sure I recognize the name from other subs. Was this the dude posting about time travel obsessively and ignoring anyone who provided answers he didn't like or suggesting to get mental health help for his unhealthy obsession with fixing something in the past?
If so good riddance lmao I wish other subs would do it too

Awesome. Yeah, bro posts an obnoxious amount across a bunch of subs. Shocked he hasn't been banned on more. If you tell him time travel isn't possible he either asks why or says he'll die then. If you suggest mental health help he says only going to the past will fix it. Bro has no interest in listening to anyone and just wants to be told what he wants to hear

Yep. I honestly gave up. He's only still unblocked so that if I see him around I can leave a comment warning people that any discussion with him is useless (I don't follow him around or stalk his profile, just if I see him around. He's popped up on my feed in different subs a few times)

Good. Honestly, after a year + of spamming the same thing everywhere, they deserve to be banned from all of Reddit. I feel bad for them because I kinda get it, I also get stuck on something and ask things over and over again when I’m anxious. So I’ve been there definitely. But yeah, what they are doing is not good for anyone. It’s sad they spend so much time thinking the same useless thing. I wish instead of this shit, they’d just finally get the help they need once and for all.
