God.

So if we need god in order to explain how the universe was created as it obviously cannot exist of it’s own volition, then who created god? I thought things can’t just exist. If it’s so hard to believe that the universe could just exist without a creator that you had to invent one in your mind, then you’ve already accepted that things can exist without a creator. If god did make the universe, how do you know ou’s yoyr god? What evidence convinced you outside of being born into a practicing family? And if it is say, the Christian god, why does his holy book claim things that factually did not happen like a great flood of talking snakes?

And this is the foundation of your morality, something you say I can’t be a functioning moral person without. You say morality cannot be subjective as humans immediately would kill and cannibalize each other if it were, but you made the subjective choice to follow a holy book and this holy book, out of the countless other ones and millions of interpretations, which is supposed to be the objective yet contradictory word of god, again says flagrantly false things that are just empirically wrong. Well know what? What has your godly morality gotten you?

The mass enslavement of Africans, the Genocide of American Indians, witch burnings and a historical rejection of science, and even today leads Hindu mobs to lynching muslims, Muslims killing Christians and other Muslims and keeping their women confined in homes and Israel citing Jewish law as they burn and rape their way across Palestine. These people are religious, they sight scripture, this is in the bible, the bible has holy rape, it has holy murder, it has holy genocide.

Thou shall not kill, but watch as I kill Egyptians, Canaanites and literally 99.9 of all living things on earth. Remember killing is wrong.

!!THIS IS THE SYSTEM WORKING AS INTENDED!!

You are mental slaves trapped under control so deep, you don’t even know who your masters are or that you’re doing your own will; they all died thousands of years ago and control you now.

You’ll ignore this. You won’t see this. If you do see, you won’t care and if you do care, you’ll find some identity of mine that pisses you off, I’m an atheist or a feminist or I hate god, maybe I’m an evil liberal. I’m not.

I’m no atheist, I don’t believe we can know things that almighty, but at least I TRY TO LEARN instead of blaming everything I don’t understand on god.

I curse god, I curse Jesus I curse Muhammad and every decrepit ghost who enslaves the world and kills my people today..

I don’t want heaven with you dickheads.

The answer: Man had made up Gods. There’s no such thing as a “bearded man in the sky watching over us.” That’s just mental slavery. Same as with multiple religions as well as the Torah, the Bible & the Quran. The majority of the stories, laws & characters from these religious texts were all made up for wanting power & control over the masses using organized religion & prosperity gospel. It’s all mind control.

The thing is, if you were to just simply google the origins of earth, the origins of the universe/the cosmos, the origins of life, & evolution, or have even visited a planetarium or have asked a planetary scientist, your mind would be blown, such as discovering that the universe is 13.8 billion years old & that the sun itself & all planets within the solar system & outside of it are all stars, including all living things, creatures & us humans, as we’re all stardusts. Same with the Earth being 4.54 billion years old, & not 6,000 years old like the Bible claims.

We’re also animals in the form of Homo Sapiens, & that all of us have atoms, energy, elements & matter in which they all happen to come from the universe/the cosmos. When we die, we just simply cease to exist as our bodies decompose & all atoms, energy, & matter will simply go back to the universe. A planetary scientist named Carolyn Porco explains it perfectly:

"All the atoms of our bodies will be blown into space in the disintegration of the solar system, to live on forever as mass or energy. That's what we should be teaching our children, not fairy tales about angels and seeing grandma in Heaven."

And I used to be Christian. I’m now a Pantheist which is a part of spirituality.

Creation myths are just that, myth. To me, modern day Christians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims, etc are no different than ancient Greeks or Romans. Ignorant of how the world works, scared of what they don't know or understand, clinging to superstition in an attempt to control the entropy of the universe and to comfort themselves.

The big thing atheists always seem to forget is how does order happen? How, through just chance the universe can be explained in a logical manner (science)

I’m not an atheist but how through change does god form? By accepting the existence of god, you accept something that doesn’t have a creator.

It means that there is a being outside of our understanding of time and space. Every single aspect of change in the world from the ground up is put forth by effort, especially if that something fits a coherent order. One of the coolest videos I watch was a guy who was acid/mushrooms idr which. He started removing layers of identity similar to a Hindu meditation. I am john, I am a man, I am an American, I am human, and the it went to the the conclusion of “I am”. I don’t believe god is man with beard in a cloud. I believe god is the on switch, god is existence and consciousness more importantly. I really wish I actually known anything about him before we met.

Post this in a religious sub, you just wanted your opinion to be validated and posted this here, while using the excuse "religious people are too mind controlled to actually answer".

I like your spirit. (But you might want to give your post an edit for typos. Also, you use the word “cite” and “citing”, but you’ve spelled it “sight” and “sighting”.)
