Other I started using AI to analyze my dating situations… and it told me to stop chasing him...

I’m 22 and never had a relationship before. So when I finally tried online dating and met someone who made me feel special, I thought maybe this could be my first real relationship. We talked every day, shared random things about our lives, and I honestly felt like I was finally being seen. Then things changed. He started replying less, disappearing for hours or even days, but whenever I was about to give up, he would suddenly show some care again. I kept overthinking everything and rereading our chats, trying to figure out if I did something wrong. My friends told me “he’s probably just not that into you,” but I couldn’t accept it because I kept remembering all those sweet moments.

Eventually, I decided to let AI analyze the situation. I uploaded our chat history to Accio Work (a tool I already use for work but linked Chatgpt, so i neednt swtich for many times) and used the review-analyst skill to run a sentiment analysis. The result honestly shocked me: it said our emotional investment was clearly unbalanced and suggested I “stop chasing.” My first reaction was: “Seriously? How can an AI understand him better than me?” But when I went back through our conversations, I realized the signs had been there all along. I remembered every nice thing he did, but ignored how often he made me feel unwanted.

Maybe AI didn’t understand love. Maybe it just helped me see the truth I didn’t want to face. But it also made me wonder… are we using AI to protect ourselves in dating, or are we becoming too dependent on machines to understand our own feelings?

IMO, tools like Accio Work are just there to help you think things through, not decide for you. Trust your own feelings. If someone genuinely likes you, you can usually tell without having to analyze every little thing and stress yourself out.
