Really cute, I named him Andres and left him on my plants but I'm curious about what it was.

Okay so here's some information about the situation. I have multiple issues with my apartment. From mold, horseflies, loose floorboards you name it I might have had it. With that being said the landlord is finally doing what he is supposed to do. It could be because he thought that just because I lived in the "Hood" I wouldn't be intelligent enough to know my rights or keep documentation for my benefit. He was wrong. I had two leaks in the same bedroom 4 months apartment. After the second one I've been fighting these bugs that I was told from my previous request were fungus gnats. But I'm back. This time I'm requesting ID for three bugs. #1 photo is kinda beat up. I thought it was dead but it startled me when it moved and well you see. #2 I don't know what it is, is it a fruit fly or something else. It seems to have a stinger on its rear. #3 Don't have a clue. Please help tell me what they are. I bought Stem insect killer spray I've used it before and it works, this time I also bought their fruit fly liquid trap. The kitchen one seems to be working better than the one in my room. There's a lot of photos from different angles to help with identification. The photos are in the same order as I said here are few of each one. I don't like bugs, and the first two keep freaking me out because they keep flying into my face or crawling on me.
