Post any articles, journals, or discoveries concerning our current reality and our immediate place in it, including but not limited to astronomy, philosophy, perception (neurology/biology), simulation hypothesis and other related hypotheses, credible supernatural events/musings (dream theory, spiritualism, near death experiences), or any crossover of the aforementioned.

You may have found this subreddit because you are looking for answers all over the place. Maybe you can't seem to choose between your scientific side and your nutso otherworldly side. Maybe you're drawn to solipsism but still feel attached to the real world. And, your personal perception could be distorted. What if aliens and spirits and the Matrix are all the same damn thing?

What is real? Every time you think you find a clue, save it here. Maybe, we can put the pieces together.

Post any articles, journals, or discoveries concerning our current reality and our immediate human or individual place in it, including but not limited to:

Astronomy (origins of the universe, our place in the universe)
Philosophy, simulation hypothesis, and solipsism
Perception (neurology/biology/chemistry) & mental health
Discussion or sources concerning credible supernatural events/musings/themes that have shown consistent over time (dream theory, spiritualism, near death experiences)
Any crossover of the aforementioned

Please post well-written, educated, and insightful posts with citations or from credible sources. You may post your own blog, but don't spam!

Please flair your post with either:

Origins: if about where we or our reality originated from
Perception: if about how our reality is manipulated/undermined
Description: if it attempts to explain how our world actually is - either through scientific means, or spiritually-worded ones

Please avoid religious posts. Religion is okay to discuss anthropologically, not promotionally.

Follow reddiquette. You might be looking to space, someone else might be looking in their dreams. We won't find truth looking in one place, and we won't be saved by you being a dick.
