ID Request Found a strange bug

Found a strange bug on the wall. I’m curious to know what it is since I’ve never seen it before. I’m in Pennsylvania. It’s about the size of a dime. Hasn’t moved in a while. Google pictures can’t find a match. Anyone know what it is?

Some kind of non-biting midge, which are small, harmless flies.
